That is not true. From sources it seems like wraith and bombers use exactly the same AI with same priorities. That is, first (opponent units), then - (generators, core blocks, unit factories), then - (all turrets), or goes to opponent spawner otherwise (if that exists).
They definitely prefer power (M6.0 experience) and seem to bomb / strafe anything they encounter en route. Exploit this by building your flak on the exposed side of power ;)
M6.0 is a different beast. For one, all of the player-controlled drones have a penalty against structures now. Fighting turrets and cores effectively, takes ground or air units now, or in some cases a turret. I pwned _Overgrowth_ with a Foreshadow just within range and some imported ammo (another new feature of M6.0).

The routers don't have a "preferred" direction. They deliver stuff anywhere it fits, including both the next and the last router. If you have two adjacent routers, the 2nd will waste 1/4 of its bandwidth passing stuff back into the first. Each additional router makes this even worse. He forgot to place a single router / or belt segment) near the middle, too, so the 3 routers in the middle didn't receive anything until he fixed it.
If you'll pardon a late addition to the dead party, you can also build any/most of the air units in the mono line and tell them to mine if you don't have anything better for them to do. The more advanced units can mine things that monos and draug's can't, like titanium and maybe even thorium.

me : spends 8 hour on one sector to make sure I make enough t5 units to destroy the enemy's core

@@by_seapy Interesting. I thought they targeted conveyers mainly, because that always seems to happen to me, but good to know.

Okay so are draug miners still a thing? I've unlocked most of the tech tree and haven't seen them
In 6.0 they're replaced by Monos that do the same thing but require silicon and lead to build in the air factory
