2nd comment: Continuing into this video presentation; I am noticing that the "extension of duty hours" primarily benefits the Company and not necessarily the Dumb ROBOT (i.e. what they must really think of we cattle/sheep like docile Drivers).

3rd - Okay, so the 30 minute break now includes our time spent fueling (of course the truck is stopped!). Again, D.O.T/ FMCSA has taken way to much control of our Trucking Fraternity and I feel that it is high time we as Professional Drivers push back against this unwarranted and highly unfair control.

    So in a nutshell:
    1. Road construction delays, accident delays and big city traffic jams are all considered to be ADVERSE CONDITIONS under new crap rules! However breakdowns, and d.o.t. inspections are not! THESE ARE STILL ADVERSE CONDITIONS that can and do cause major delays. Ask yourselves, how often can I go into a major truck service dealership or TA repair shop and be seen immediately? Next to never! Truck shops are usually backed up several hours to days or to a week.
We drivers blew a great opportunity to stop this D.O.T/FMCSA madness during the first two months of BLM protest. Now we have to abide by these unfair, unjust and inconsiderate so called mandatory laws. Something must give or be forcibly broken if we want real change and these law makers off our backs.
    With no apologies,
    y'all know me!
