Yes Police are aware and I've the incident number. The Drone was hit in the butt so more likely not on the drone footage but I'm taking a closer look 👍
You could see by Marks actions when you thought he went in for a hi viz, his body language says it all, "Watch This I'll show him, just wait" I picked that up before I seen the hole in drone
Some interesting points from your video. 7:36 - The 'window' is open a little. (I'll explain the 'window' shortly. Look for 'THE KEY' explained below). There doesn't seem to be anyone at the window. And it's seen open a little at the following time stamps. 8:53, 13:49, 14:38, 16:26, 18:51, 20:09, 23:51. 9:00 and 15:05 - No hole in the back of the drone. This was where you basically told them you were flying it anyway. (Which clearly annoyed them). 25:45 - 'Mark' can be seen talking to the guys who spoke with you. 25:55 - 'Mark' seems to remember something and heads back to the building. 26:15 - 'Mark' goes back into the building. Ok, pay attention from 26:47. The drone's back left corner will be facing the building (and a window I mention shortly 'THE KEY'). 26:51 - 26:52 - There's a slight shake to the drone video. (The drone had been stationary and probably the best time to take a shot at the drone with a 0.22 or 177 air rifle, which is what bullet/pellet you had, is used with). 26:53 - The guy stood talking to the bus driver both seem to find something funny when looking at your drone and back to the building. 27:03 - The 'boss' (Guy with shades) can be seen looking back at the direction of the window. THE KEY -- 27:05 - Left side. Window above and to the right of the blue door. Someone has opened the window and can be seen at the window. It's been opened a lot further than any other window on that building (Which would be required to take a shot at the drone). - That window is also a perfect place for when there seems to be interference with the drone. - That direction would also be consistent with the placement of the (later discovered) hole in the back of the drone, when it had it's back end facing that window. 27:10 - The 'boss' (Guy with shades) can be seen looking back again and at the same sort of direction of the window. 27:32 - The 'boss' (Guy with shades) and the guy he's stood with can both be seen to be looking back at the same direction of the window. (The bus driver also looked that way just before they did). 28:16 - The window is still open and someone is still in there. Additional - 29:00 - Drone is facing the window again and another strange shake to the drone and the picture to the top shakes. 29:19 - Someone is still at the window. 30:53 - A hole can be seen in the drone. (Meaning it happened 100% between 15:05 and 30:53. 32:28 - The window has now been closed. -- Conclusion / what I THINK happened. The drone was shot at between 26:51 and 30:53. By who? I don't know... but... 'Mark' (the guy you had problems with at the end, and quote 'isn't bothered by your camera'). Had ample time to learn of your 'aggravation' and can be seen going back into the building, which just happens to be at that same time frame when I think the drone was shot... Go figure! Do as you wish with this information. Took a lot longer than I thought it would. 😂😂😂

As a First Bus very interested party, I am VERY concerned about this video and I have contacted First Bus at their Global Headquarters in Aberdeen. I shall also be contacting the Police to report this video as evidence of at least two crimes The two gentlemen at 9:12 were bad enough by highlighting their ignorance of law, their paranoia and sheer officiousness and authority where they had none by attempting to act as Police to a citizen on public property, ... BUT the aggressive, threatening and belligerent approach by 'Mark' indicates a predisposition to similar behaviour to First Bus staff and customers. Therefore I am posting the following timeline of relevant moments in the video for the benefit of the First Bus internal investigation which I would expect to take place. 7:12, 9:00 and 14:56 show the drone taking off the first time, landing and then taking off again. No signs of damage are visible on all occasions. 20:14 - Shows six double windows in the site offices, on the left hand side of the building on the first floor. At this time all windows are closed except the 2nd from left window which appears to be slightly ajar. 23:51 - Shows close-up image of the window in question (2nd from left of the building) which again remains slightly ajar. 23:36 - 'Mark' appears on scene without Hi-Viz. 25:54 - Following a brief conversation with the staff on scene, Mark returns to the offices at pace, clearly agitated and gesticulating to the other staff and appears to be intent on doing something specific. 26:00 - As Mark returns to the office, he is clearly seen scanning the sky looking for the drone and looking back at the Auditor who remains offsite. 26:52 - A slight and sudden jolt of the picture would indicate the drone was struck at this time. 27:03 - The top left corner of the video shows the 2nd window from the left side of the building is now fully open, with a person in the window holding what appears to be a long dark object. 29:18 - The window in question is still wide open. 30:55 - As the drone lands, clear damage to the upper left corner of the main body of the drone is visible. 31:17 - Shows close-up image of relevant damage. 32:01 - Shows Mark now in the car park talking with other First Bus staff on scene. The relevant window in question is now closed. 32:32 - Mark approaches the Auditor in an aggressive manner and begins making intimidating demands for the Auditor to leave the site, to which the Auditor agrees and begins to leave. 32:58 - Despite both Mark and the Auditor separating, as the Auditor begins to leave the First Bus site, Mark offers intimidating remarks and the Auditor responds, at which point Mark turns around and begins to approach the Auditor again. 32:59 - One of the First Bus staff is clearly so alarmed at Mark's intentions that he calls out Mark's name on two occasions in an attempt to stop his aggressive approach to the Auditor. 32:02 - Mark continues his aggressive approach to the retreating Auditor and shouts "Don't f***ing push me boy. Now f*** off out the gate ... Now!" the Auditor continues retreating to the gate and Mark shouts "Get off the f***ing site!" and raises his arm in an intimidating manner to the Auditor's camera and when the Auditor finally leave site Mark shouts "Now f***ing stay there!". Without knowing the material from which the drone is manufactured, I would suggest that the damage done to the drone is consistent with a high-powered air weapon, as was later found to be the case. The behaviour the first FB staff to approach the Auditor was rude and dismissive and indicated a lack of relevant knowledge and an expectation of acceptance of their bullying attitude. The behaviour of Mark towards the Auditor was both threatening and alarming and was both unacceptable and criminal. The discharge of an air weapon in such a manner was both reckless and dangerous and also unacceptable and criminal. It should be noted: 1/ Why was an air weapon on the First Bus site? 2/ If the drone was shot at 26:52 as suggested, this is a very serious breach of air navigation laws which the Police would be very interested in investigating. 3/ The discharge of the weapon, whichever type or calibre it was, was a very serious offence under the Firearms act. 4/ The fact that the drone at the time was overhead of other First Bus staff and could possibly have crashed onto them or First Bus property should also be considered. 3/ The video show mark using threatening and belligerent language and behaviour towards the Auditor, which is a Section 5, Public Order offence. I shall wait for the inevitable press statement from First Bus
I need to check the Drone footage under a microscope to obtain evidence, I've a police incident number that I can add info to but I'm thinking it was hit in the ass so shooter was behind the Drone properly off camera.
@Undead-Aquilayou may be right I definitely heard an air rifle firing just before that. He was looking towards the Garage doors before it happened 28:55

It's illegal to shoot an air rifle in public areas, not sure of the distance, but not only is it illegal to shoot aa drone but it's also illegal to discharge an air rifle so the pellet goes beyond the boundary of the land being shot from (either your home or land with the permission of the landowner or landlord), I suspect the bus company does not give permission for an air weapon to be used on their premises. So several rules of the law have been broken. The culprit needs to go to prison as that could ricocheted and hit an innocent person. You need to report this.
I totally agree, my issue escalated from my drone been shot to IT COULD HAVE HIT A member of the public, so frigging dangerous. Incident number obtained and my subs are passing me spot on evidence which will hopefully lead to a conviction. Ty 👍

The culprit is walking across the pedestruan walkway at 26:08 into the office building. Notice he looks up to 'aquire' his target!! 😳 Watch carefully at slow speed 27:03 top left open window, same guy is putting away his air rifle. So he took the shot just before that. I can see it clearly on my smartphone screen, you may have to watch on a big TV to get a better clip, try your original footage which will be far less compressed than youtube video to get a good view of him. Report to police, criminal offence to shoot at any aircraft unmanned or not, endangering an aircraft is 5 years sentence! Plus charges for criminal damage to your property, that looks like a £700 or so drone?🤔 Probably more on top for discharging his air rifle in a public place, close to a road and towards houses with no thought to safety or ensuring a suitable backstop etc If it's over 12ftlb that's another offence on top!😲

@@southernaudits I do wonder, how comes he has an air rifle ready to use in that office.....maybe to have a pop at a few seagulls when he's bored at work maybe?
Firstly the employees are customer facing so should be delivering customer service and It is the full responsibility of the bus company to ensure that their site is secure from any trespassing or theft. What about the 'seagulls', helicopters and planes that fly over daily are they going to try and stop them from doing so?. As mention as soon as they say about using a firearm you should call the police on 999 and an armed officers should attend and search the area and give the person that mention about shooting it down a stern caution. As already said it is a criminal offence with possible Life imprisonment. The employee was clearly on a public highway and have no right to privacy in a 'public place'
Solar panels are brilliant but if you cannot get to clean them on a regular basis they don't produce as much electricity as they did when they were new those solar panels on there look a bit dull I would imagine that they aren't producing much electricity as they should be 👍👍
Another point- why is there a firearm albeit an air rifle, on site anyway?🤔 The only rational explanation is pest control BUT the only pests there are seagulls, which are protected by law!😮 If he has been using that air rifle to control seagull numbers without the correct license and permission, that's a £5k fine and another entry on his criminal record! Pretty sure if I landed a drone and saw the damage caused by being shot at my reactions would be greater then that of the auditor who did not say anything and just folded it and put it away! This says to me that he was already aware of the damage and it had occured on a previous occasion. Not clear but looks like it is already damaged circa 14:29
It's already been explained that when I landed the drone and saw the damage I thought it was an overheating battery with melting damage, I didn't even realise it was shot until I unpacked the Drone later and the pellet fell out at which point the police were called. Your rather behind with the comments as the gunman is on film, no one would make up such a thing I'm surprised you even come up with the thought.
If you watch video back.. as you look at the building top left windows… second window left… it was the guy who came out without the hi viz and spoke with others … you see him as you fly back to do 360
28:59 it's hard to tell but there's slight visual distortion where the top half of the frame does a very slight rolling effect and I'm sure there's a little snappy sound like that of a .22 but it's hard to tell as DJ is talking right at that moment. There's another sound before it too but too long before the distortion to be a shot and hit. Edit: Just got to the end and that's definitely an air rifle pellet. Not a .22 bullet. Still just as stupid and dangerous to fire at an aircraft of any kind.
If the landowner doesn't give permission however you take off from a public area how come it is deemed as legal to fly over someone's land ? (I just don't get this stupid bureaucracy ) as you are flying within their private airspace (max 500-1000ft above the building below CAA ruled 400ft) *Surely this is civil trespass* ..
no you can fly small drones with in reasonable distance from top of buildings...just belong as it does not create a danger to life...private airspace is a hard one...as aircraft is controlled by the CAA...and control airspace...so if the CAA say they going fly a planer over your site lower than 1000ft...theres really nothing you can do...unless its danger to life or property...you have ownership of airspace but not control...with bigger drones they got stricter rules due to size and damage they cause if the fail...like damaging the property or danger to life...very unlikely that a drone the size and weight of a smaller bird..would damage you building greatly would be rare..so would be ridicules saying it can not go over...and privacy rules..well its not a place you live...its a company and companies got to abide by rules from councils and much more..bloody hell how many things does a company.. get controlled by before they can even operate...so cant really call it private ...bit long winded but yer...if he was touching ground with aircraft or body then civil trespass
Wow could they get that factory any closer to the house definitely no sunbathing going on there. All those solar panels are for the cannabis grow room probably . Hope to see some of the other auditor's pay them a visit
You can see the person swinging the rifle around and putting it down onto what looks a table, you should be talking to the police about it and showing them the video or better still phone the CAA as if asking their advice about it and see what they say......
And you can actually see him when he puts it down he zips it up into the case.. Bloody hell who needs Columbo or Kojak now, drone flyers make better detectives lol.....
The netting, the seagulls, the paranoia? A possible airgun on site to normally shoot what? Me thinks any suspicion might be justified! Certainly a job for the police to investigate....if you can find a good one!

That bus station has been targetted how many times by terrorists? Using a firearm in a public place is the crime committed here.
Blimey mate. You let the police know? Shooting at aircraft is pretty serious.
@southernaudits you should also have go pro footage of the shooter if you were standing where you landed at 35:24

Additional -
29:00 - Drone is facing the window again and another strange shake to the drone and the picture to the top shakes.
Correction.
29:00 - Drone is facing AWAY FROM the window again and another strange shake to the drone and the picture to the top shakes.

@@sesquipedaliansquirrel if you change the playback speed to 0.25, you'll see the person in the window "load" the gun. Great detection work!!

As a First Bus very interested party, I am VERY concerned about this video and I have contacted First Bus at their Global Headquarters in Aberdeen.
I shall also be contacting the Police to report this video as evidence of at least two crimes
The two gentlemen at 9:12 were bad enough by highlighting their ignorance of law, their paranoia and sheer officiousness and authority where they had none by attempting to act as Police to a citizen on public property, ...
It should be noted:
1/ Why was an air weapon on the First Bus site?

It's illegal to shoot an air rifle in public areas, not sure of the distance, but not only is it illegal to shoot aa drone but it's also illegal to discharge an air rifle so the pellet goes beyond the boundary of the land being shot from (either your home or land with the permission of the landowner or landlord), I suspect the bus company does not give permission for an air weapon to be used on their premises. So several rules of the law have been broken. The culprit needs to go to prison as that could ricocheted and hit an innocent person. You need to report this.

"incidental inclusion" and you can clearly see in the video that there was no damage to your drone when you first took off and landed and then took off again.

The solar panel on the van is most likely that it's a camper van. Powering led lights, fridge, etc
Solar panels are brilliant but if you cannot get to clean them on a regular basis they don't produce as much electricity as they did when they were new those solar panels on there look a bit dull I would imagine that they aren't producing much electricity as they should be 👍👍

Was your other camera recording while you were flying the drone?
Yes, all that footage is in the film.
Woah 😧
If you watch video back.. as you look at the building top left windows… second window left… it was the guy who came out without the hi viz and spoke with others … you see him as you fly back to do 360
I'm fairly sure that the second set of windows on the left of the building is where they shot from, and it looks like a 'JSB Hades .22' pellet.
Thanks for the additional information all the little helpful tips like yours I've been added to a case file thank you so much 😘
28:59 it's hard to tell but there's slight visual distortion where the top half of the frame does a very slight rolling effect and I'm sure there's a little snappy sound like that of a .22 but it's hard to tell as DJ is talking right at that moment. There's another sound before it too but too long before the distortion to be a shot and hit.
Edit: Just got to the end and that's definitely an air rifle pellet. Not a .22 bullet. Still just as stupid and dangerous to fire at an aircraft of any kind.
Thx 👍
If the landowner doesn't give permission however you take off from a public area how come it is deemed as legal to fly over someone's land ? (I just don't get this stupid bureaucracy ) as you are flying within their private airspace (max 500-1000ft above the building below CAA ruled 400ft)
*Surely this is civil trespass* ..
no you can fly small drones with in reasonable distance from top of buildings...just belong as it does not create a danger to life...private airspace is a hard one...as aircraft is controlled by the CAA...and control airspace...so if the CAA say they going fly a planer over your site lower than 1000ft...theres really nothing you can do...unless its danger to life or property...you have ownership of airspace but not control...with bigger drones they got stricter rules due to size and damage they cause if the fail...like damaging the property or danger to life...very unlikely that a drone the size and weight of a smaller bird..would damage you building greatly would be rare..so would be ridicules saying it can not go over...and privacy rules..well its not a place you live...its a company and companies got to abide by rules from councils and much more..bloody hell how many things does a company.. get controlled by before they can even operate...so cant really call it private ...bit long winded but yer...if he was touching ground with aircraft or body then civil trespass
@@mikeellis5801 Cheers Mike for the explanation you make some good points 😉
Section 5,section 5!!!!
Yup, it will be additional trouble for Mark little pants 😂👍
1st time watcher to your channel m8 - keep up the good work
Wow could they get that factory any closer to the house definitely no sunbathing going on there. All those solar panels are for the cannabis grow room probably . Hope to see some of the other auditor's pay them a visit
What's a chimley? 🤣🤣🤣 Good video 🙂
@@DeanoEssex Oop 😅
You can see the person swinging the rifle around and putting it down onto what looks a table, you should be talking to the police about it and showing them the video or better still phone the CAA as if asking their advice about it and see what they say......
And you can actually see him when he puts it down he zips it up into the case.. Bloody hell who needs Columbo or Kojak now, drone flyers make better detectives lol.....
Thx George 👍
Thx 👍
Hi, An update for you and you point. The CAA said none of their business, it's a police matter 🤯.
When was the shooting? Who fired the shot?
It was someone in the bus depot and it was over a week ago.
@@southernaudits no, I mean, where on the video?
@@QuagmiresDooflab it's between 28:58-29:00. Play in slow-mo to witnesses the slight jolt as it's hit.
The netting, the seagulls, the paranoia? A possible airgun on site to normally shoot what?
Me thinks any suspicion might be justified! Certainly a job for the police to investigate....if you can find a good one!
Hi, firstly thank you.
I feel I've obtained enough evidence from some lovely people(subscribers), to go back to the police to get the investigation started, a child could have been hit, I can't let that go. Thx 😍
2820 window to the left of bus station is opened wide but in rest of video is part opened
@31:19 as the UA is registered under CAA ,,, a farmer shot down a UA (drone) over his land (anti fox campaign) , that farmer served 2 years imprisonment,
and only last year , person shot at a UA over his dwelling in Stroud , then arrested now on bail to await his day in court 🤷♂
there is no trespass according to
Civil Aviation Act 1982
section 76 (1)
(1) No action shall lie in respect of trespass or in respect of trespass or nuisance by reason of of the flight of any aircraft over any property ,
Case Law:- Bernstein of Leigh v Skyviews & General Ltd (1978)
or
Pickering v Rudd (1815) Balloon over land
now shooting at a fully licenced UA or Ac is a very , very serious criminal offence (to endanger life) 🤔
hope that helps
all the best 🙏
EDIT :- using a airgun = firearm , person must NOT be able shoot a pellet/missile past the the boundary premises
also to be 50ft from centre of Highway (front garden)
You're awesome, your info is been added to support my case, I'm due to reingage with the police soon as people have supplied great evidence from the footage that should ensure an investigation. I sincerely appreciate you input, Brill, thx a mill 😘👍
A personal update, I'm using your awesome, kind info in my case against Mark(bus depot and), I just thought you wouks like to know how helpful your info is, thx again.
@@southernaudits glad to be of help, all the best ,hopefully in your case is resolved 👌
