Dilbar dilbar is the songs name. It is from a movie, but I don’t think they put the movie’s name in the title, but it’s from the movie satyameva jayate.
I’m new to your channel and I like your natural and surprising reactions.. A lot of these songs are part of movies and most of these high beat tracks are called item numbers which means the girl is only appearing in the song but not the part of the main cast and therefore she is dancing in a club where the main lead might happen to be and conducting his own business..so the guy not paying much attention to her because he does not have anything to do with her in the movie.. he is just there to do his thing.. A lot of movies involve item numbers this way.. like out of blue they will throw a song and usually these songs that makes movies much popular and exciting before they even release.. the 1994 one was the original "dilbar " song having former miss universe Sushmita sen in that .... the one you reacted to is a remake of that song ...it features in movie 'Satyamev Jayate' ... the guy in song is John Abraham and the female lead dancer is Nora Fatehi she is originally from Morocco
