These NPCs were removed from the game in the penultimate update of the game this year, 2024 (I think it was the mid-year update or the one at the beginning, I don't remember exactly). These NPCs gave access to the oracle's quests, from what I understand these quests still exist, but access to them is done there in the south of Aurea, in some new NPCs, I haven't tested yet to know if in fact the NPCs Nostragon and Vladir were moved there or if they were in fact removed.
NPC Valdir and Nostragon are in the south of Aurea. Near NPC Gorak, you could say it's not far from learning the spell book, well, under the animal spirit extractor, I only realized this after exploring all of Aurea. Greetings players from world 11
