If the test would use ryzen 5 1600af vs i5 10400f is exactly like this results but the price/perfomance much better on ryzen 5 1600af , 85usd vs double usd and only a little percentage of improve...

No, it's not. Where do you get your information? Us*rbenchmark? The regular 3600 beats the 10400 when it's on B460, and loses when the 10400 is on Z490 with fast ram. It's not huge margins, either way.
