Dopiaza - Afghan Lamb Delicacy

- Dopiaza a delicious Afghan dish and famous among all afghans. It's an Afghan delicacy served in parties, weddings, and gatherings. The recipe is rich in onions, cooked and served with onions which gives it the name dopiaza or two onions.
Ingredients:
Lamb meat (2 lb)
Yellow Peas (200 G)
White onions (4x )
Red onions (1x Optional)
Fresh Gralic (5 pcs)
Vinegar
Salt
Black peppers
Tortilla bread

There is a big Afgan community in Pakistan but we have never experienced a dish other then Afgan palao .I prepared Afghan palao with my own which is very liked by my family and friends. I just made it, it looks good. It wasn't clear how much water you put in the pressure cooker or how long you cooked the meat and onions at the end. I would have liked to see the bread cooking as well. All good though! Thank you for the recipe
