This is honestly one of the best star wars helmets we've ever get,the pieces were unique and amazing,that red print on the helmet is really cool and fits it a lot,to me this helmet is so much accurate

@@bilal_H907 the fact that this helmet is a flawed design all over wins the argument before it even started. No likes are needed for that. Seriously find yourself some good photos of the real helmet from all sides from the movie and compare to this ‘thing’ Lego has produced. Maybe it can pass off as Luke’s helmet after the AT-AT stomped on it
I am genuinely shocked at how good this came out. Can’t wait to get one, easily the best of the new helmets. I don’t think the dark trooper one is as bad as some people say but that mando design is hideous.

They took these off the shop at home site then added them back as only available March 1 and no longer available for pre-order.
Wow, I love the Mando design, especially the cheek part, that looks exceptional. This is a very cool as well, and works perfectly as Luke's helmet, which just happens to be a very busy helmet.

@@akenawell It doesn't seem to really bother me as much as it does others, but I get it, once it does, it's very hard to let go and it is quite prominent tbf !
This is surprisingly good helmet set, my expectations for this weren't really that high, but now I have to consider if I actually buy this

I'm not into rebel helmets but that's a 10/10 from me, it looks amazing considering how different it is from other helmets, I did not expect them to pull it off so well
My father was on A-3 skywarriors during Vietnam. He said that this build mirrored what he wore in Vietnam. Absolutely loved it. He is 50/50 about my collectibles but loved this one. This one sparks the A New Hope soundtrack in my head, and I feel like it is a very worthy addition to the lego helmet series. I built this and the imperial light cruiser on the same day...despite the minifigs for the imperial light cruiser. The red five helmet is just a better piece in my collection. The build was much more funner (making fun of you folks that like double comparatives) and just brings back the originality of episode 4. SOLID. BUY IT.
First impressions I didn’t like the helmet. Now it’s pretty good and definitely better then the other two.
That anti-studs technique for the padding inside...wow I'm going to have to try that

I kept seeing that before the official images came out and I was like, wait, is that what it's going to look like? With that dumb looking face? MUCH better to just have it as an open helmet.

Easy 10/10 for me. Only minor “criticism” I have (more like an opinion) is it being studded instead of smooth on the back
Another banger Ryan! “I’m gonna throw it in the shelf and let it get dusty!!” My only gripe is I wish the brim came down a few studs more but still a great effort.
JUST finished building this, and yeah, its a really good Lego helmet! The build was pretty fun, and definitely earned the 18+ rating, as much as any Lego set could. Some fairly intricate fittings.
Looks great next to my Luke's X-wing.
As far as helmets go, at least 8/10.

Picked up Mando and Luke helmets at Kohls this past weekend. I got $20 in Kohls cash which I used to pick up Darktrooper pack for $10. Thanks Kohls for putting stuff out early and for Kohls cash!
Just finished mine yesterday. Biggest problem had was the yellow tubing. Where it attaches at the top, it kept coming apart. Finally finished the build and added the tubing after bending it a lot in order for it to stay in place.
This will go well with my Vader and TIE pilot helmets for a trench run theme.

By far my favourite helmet set!
I went into a Lego store for probably the third time in my life this Monday at the mall of America in Minnesota and for some reason the Star Wars helmet stood out to me despite not being much of a Star Wars fan (but I’m honestly interested in it but that I know I’m too far to even get started) and this helmet just gave me this extinct that I should buy and when I built it, it looked so amazing that I don’t regret a single dollar that I spent on it and now I feel like getting more star wars lego sets 😅

How is this a winner when they completely botched the design of this set?
I really hope Lego does other X-wing helmets from other iconic pilots, one of the ones I would love to see would be a Moc or official version of General Antoc Merrick's helmet, maybe suggest it to Republic Bricks? That could be really cool.

Because the design is all botched. That is why. It’s a piece of garbage that doesn’t resemble what it is supposed to resemble
I get what they mean. The box lools cool. But the back of the helmet is just awful... for a display that doesnt shows the back it is great.
Its terrible to put on a table for example but great for a book shelf

Phenomenal build and design. Honestly annoying how much more attention to detail the designers give to the OT helmets compared to the others. To be clear, I'm not trying to say it shouldn't be well made, but it feels like they only really care about the OT sets
I know it would increase the price a lot, but what if they included different plaques, stickers, and some parts so you could make it either Luke’s, Dak’s, or Wedge’s, maybe some others too
i do hope the keep making more and more helmets but once their done in the long-term i would love if they start to making busts Kit Fisto, Plo Koon, Ki-Adi-Mundi, mother talzin, etc

It looks great, my only complaint with it is how flimsy it is. The sides fall off so easy if you grab the wrong spot.

looks super good actually, probably not gonna get it cuz in general I kinda dislike the rebel pilot helmets, but props to lego for making this look pretty nice
For the next set of helmets, I really want a Clone Trooper (preferably 501st or 212th) and a B1 Battle Droid and instead of a third helmet, maybe another droid like the year we got Vader, Scout Trooper and Probe Droid

im glad they didnt stick some silly face in there. on the ear pieces, maybe they could have gone with a tan or light brown to look more like leather.

I think most of the helmets are great and this is one of the best. I wish they came with the figure of the character like the new Thor’s hammer though

i keep having a problem where the yellow parts dont stay in place
I got mine early today and can’t open it until my b day but my box has the tabs that you push in but my mando helment has tape
I found all of the march 1st star wars and harry potter sets at kolhs yesterday February 23rd, sadly I only had enough money for one so I bought the dark trooper/Luke skywalker set.
But really wanted to get the mando helmet that was there
