You can use PowerPoint presentation with screen recording software also you have to record your video separately and then you can merge them using video editing software.
For story telling you can also use videoscribe software.

you have to process your audio in Audacity to remove noise, and in setting you can set pointer highlight

Just press Windows key + g on the laptop. you will get a popup of inbuilt screen recording, voice recording, and other features in the laptop itself. i am not sure that it will work on all laptops.
