I think what you say needs to show some benefit to the organisation…so if they get the sense that you just want to use them as a stepping stone they may or may not be too thrilled about that!! 📌 so rather focus on telling them the skills you are looking to gain in that organisation and the role at large (skills that you know who’ll further your future aspirations)…
