Some 30 years ago I listened Christian Aubin playing Campion, Gaultier,Johnson, Bittner and Leopold Weiss. In a following years I find out that there are only few guitarist who understand and corectly play this music. You are one of this masters of instrument.
Mr Pibiproductions If you read baroque tab or transcribe the baroque tab, you can order the different MS collections directly from the Lute Society of America or any of the other Lute Societies worldwide...whom preserve the copied original manuscripts... in microfilm or xerox copy...
Which edition are you going from? I can just now play (without struggling) the whole suite of the one I printed it out years back, but it has no work number attached to it so I don't know how I can reference the original without listening to a hundred RUclips videos before finally finding it. I have a free online version.
How long ago was that??? Lol well... Anywho... Can you give me the work number so I can locate original version and maybe find Bream going at it!?! Please!!
@@Existmusiccloud well, I have that one... Smh maybe it's because when I first got it I couldn't even okay it..idk... I don't think I've gotten much better in twenty years with all the r troubles that have backed me up.. It sounded so good on this post though ...
Can you give me a work number for this one? Because I can finally play a free online arrangement I have from Eythor Thorlaksson. This is the only guitar video I've found so far.. Seems to be tough going finding good S.L.W. guitar in RUclips right now. Lol this sounds great! If like to hear the MAESTROS original version though.
@@enzosorcini2459 no I've just been working and stuck in home mostly, truck is about to break down too... Lol..smh. is there work numbers on the Weis pieces? I guess I mean to say catalogue numbers.
@@javierdiazsantana this is a banging piece man! I found my My Noad book and that is a good enough transcription to learn for me... someday... the guitar school Iceland one I had and thought it was the only one I had was horrible, by comparison anyway. The sound of those older instruments is so amazing too.
Was für eine erhabene, wunderschöne Musik.
S.L. Weiss war ein großartiger Komponist & Lautenist. 🎶
Exzellent interpretiert von Paul Berget.

Nice and calming. Weiss was a great composer. I'd love to hear some of his concertos sometime.
Very interesting interpretation of Weiss and brilliant technic. EXCELENT!!
Simply beautiful! I need to learn this piece as well ... Your performance was exquisite.

te gusta la guitarra barroca?
The Baroque Guitar by Frederick Noad has the sheet music for this with notations for difficult passages. It's not beginner level but not impossible.

Hi, very good... and who performs?
Basses sound like theorbo. Virtuous player
