I wish I can give you a hug right now, Mom. Keep the faith. That part will be over in a flash. "Pray God you can cope I stand outside this woman's work This woman's world Ooh, it's hard on the man Now his part is over Now starts the craft of the father" I wish you well and hope you have loving support system. You & baby will both be awesome. 😘
As a father.... It's kind of hard to describe what I did, but I made my son into a ball and then kind of hugged him. Kind of like in the womb. When I figured out that each time I gave a little squeeze he would stop crying a second. Gas is funny do small kids and guys in general. For a baby it hurts like hell.
😢 Sad, there is not enough real learning and tips given to new parents on how to soothe their babies, how to carry them, bathe them, feed them, burb them, wrap them, massage them. More support is needed here. Especially after birth and the first few months. ❤🙏🏼prayers
😢 oh girl, I’ve been there. This too, shall pass. They are only little for so long, one day you’ll so badly miss these moments. Take a break, love yourself ❤
One child I had to walk ,another one in a rocker. I remember being so tired at 36 with a newborn only slept 5 hrs at night. When the baby slept, I slept. No housework, nothing got done. It gets better. Dont be afraid to ask for help.
My girl cried from 10pm til 2 am for two weeks straight. By 2am i was ready to drop. My heart is with you. Just stay strong. Its the moments of joy that keeps you going . If it wasnt for her little swing i would never have been able to cook for the rest of family. It will ease up. ❤❤❤
OMG. How and why? Sheesh. When my daughter was a newborn, she was out after every bottle, and she never cried. She's now 6 months, and she never cries now either. My son never cried either. He was actually even better than she is!
@JacquelynRivera930 don't know why .. that was almost 40 years ago. She was 2 weeks late ....wasn't long after that she started sleeping through the night. I think i worried just as much when she started sleeping through the night afterwards. Sounds like you were lucky.
So brutal 😢 what worked for my son was wearing him in a wrap and bouncing on a yoga ball. He’s four months now and a different baby entirely. Reach out for help if you need it. You’re the best mom for your baby and you will get through this.
I saw a mom suggest putting noise canceling earphones/headphones on while baby is inconsolable. Still rock, bounce, soothe, all the things but she said it really helped her regulate her own emotions. Hearing baby cry for that long put her in fight or flight. I am currently pregnant with twins so I don’t know your pain yet but thought this too might be helpful
My sister's twins are a week younger than my daughter who's 6 months old. All three of our babies are easy. My son was too. TIPS: Keep your baby on a schedule. Feed every 3 hours. Do NOT wait for them to cry to tell you they're hungry, and wake them up at night to keep them on their schedule to feed! I promise your life will be so much easier when you know exactly when they're getting up and going down. Don't ever put them down until you get a burp after feeding. Feed them right before they're supposed to nap to help them fall asleep. Some people are not big on pacifiers, but that really helps to soothe babies when they're crying like this. Tommy Tippee pacifiers are the absolute best. A Dockatot or similar baby lounger was and still is my best friend to keep on the couch and for traveling to see friends and family. I purchased a cheap $40 off brand lounger from Amazon, and it's just as amazing as my $300 Dockatot. I also lined my daughter's bassinet with the off brand Amazon lounger, and I tuck her fuzzy blanket under the sides of it, so she can sleep with her blanket, but not pull it over her face. She was NOT a fan of swaddling or sleep sacks, but the lounger helps with "swaddling". Her bassinet is a Graco DuoGlider rocking bassinet, and definitely line it with a Dockatot or similar because the bottom is very hard and the mat it comes with isn't thick enough, but the bassinet itself is amazing. Definitely get a shush machine as well! As soon as your babies wake up, change them, and Aquaphor is the absolute best diaper rash preventative (I swear by it) and ointment for rashes. It's clear, and it wipes off easily. I also purchased burp clothes specifically to dry my daughter's butt after wiping her, and did the same for my son to prevent diaper rash. Everyone I told to do this swears by it now because it really helps to keep diaper rash from forming. I purchased fleece burp cloths from Amazon, and they're the best burp cloths I've ever had for both spit up, and drying my daughter's butt! Pamper's Swaddler's are my FAVORITE diapers. Nothing compares to them, and I've tried Huggies, Cuties, etc. Stay away from Millie Moon as they cause burns and rashes on your baby due to a new formula change in their diapers. I keep a small travel size baby wash at my daughter's changing table to put a little on a wipe after poopy diapers as well! One of my favorite purchases was a little elephant spray toy (Yookidoo Elephant Baby Shower Bath Toy) from Amazon for my daughter's baths! It uses the water in the baby's bath to spray the soap off of their body and hair! It's AMAZING! Definitely get an electric nail file for your babies! It's so much easier than trying to clip their finger nails while they're moving, although I'd still recommend having a pair around. A nose picker such as Frida Baby 3 in 1 picker is a life saver as well as an infant health care grooming kit that comes with a nose cleaning tweezer. As a mama going to the hospital to deliver, I purchased my own hospital smock to deliver from Amazon, and I packed PJ's to change into, a robe, my own socks with grips, fuzzy slippers, and depends pull up disposable panties and pads. The hospital disposable panties are not comfortable, and the pads are too long and thick. I also bought a Frida Mom upside down peri bottle to help clean down there after giving birth. The one the hospital gives you is a straight bottle squirt bottle, and the Frida mom one is much easier to hold and use. I also brought a receiving blanket for my baby, and tons of baby clothes, and I'd suggest bringing your own breast pump, mom cozy breast pads, and a little cooler and ice packs to put in the freezer at the hospital so you can store breast milk. HOPE ALL OF THIS HELPS YOU, and congrats and good luck on the birth of your twins! 😊
@@JacquelynRivera930omg thx so much gor this! I‘ll try to implement them to my almost 3 weeks old baby. Been struggling with night time routine and couldn’t put my baby down since two days 😮💨
Baby is releasing stress and tension. Get a rocking chair, a blankies and a pillow to rest your arm. Then rock baby rock. Sing to him. These days will fly by and be gone. Believe it or not, you will miss this.
If you can allow yourself a moment? Dim the lighting and lay the child in a bassinet and then walk away and get a cup of coffee/tea. Colic doesn't respond to touch or movement; it can actually be over stimulating. The baby will be fine, and you'll feel better having taken a moment for yourself.
My son will be 2 months old in 3 days. I can totally understand what you are going through. I am going through the same. There are nights i used to feel helpless and cry a lot along with my son . Being a first-time mother, i failed to understand that he was in colic pain. Things are getting better for me, still its gets overwhelming many times
If your baby is colicky try “tire on a log” lay your baby on your arm side ways, with their arms and legs wrapped on your arm like a tire on a log. it’ll help them pass gas. --this is if they’ve been fed, and have a clean diaper. Best wishes to all parents
My first son was the perfect bub the second cried constantly for 3 months i even tried rocking him in his pram with my foot while lying on the bed trying to get some sleep. I took him to the dr who said he was perfect he didn't cry while moving but when i stopped he would scream. 1 day i tried putting him upright in a walker and it worked for the first time i was able to get some sleep. I now think he was in pain from his birth which was very dramatic. Chiropractors could have helped me and my poor baby
Call your mother or a friend. Maybe they can cover while you take a shower or run out to the store. Try to get a break. It's important so that you don't get depressed
No babies don't have to cry some most of the time is a reason and I'm sure you're taking care of the ABCs food diaper at my try swaddling the baby tight or put them on your skin to skin like they do when you gave birth sometimes they have gas put a warm towel on the baby's belly and roll the baby on your legs back and forth it moves the gas but sometimes I've seen where they they have need an adjustment in their body because and your that happens a lot also but go to your doctor or the emergency room but no they shouldn't have to cry like that so you're thinking you're not being as great as you are you never wrong for seeking out more help❤❤❤
I wish I can give you a hug right now, Mom. Keep the faith. That part will be over in a flash.

I just learned this trick in TikTok you cross baby arms across his chest to self hug and gently rock him and he should calm down ❤

It's ok to set them down in a safe place and walk away for a min. It can be really overwhelming sometimes it'll get better!
It will get better sweetheart ❤❤❤❤love and respect from mamma Lisa from Sweden 🇸🇪❤
You can do it love 💕
Put him over your shoulder ❤
This too shall pass. The overwhelm is real. Stay strong.
Lay baby on his back and move his legs up to his tummy then In circles. This will help baby get rid of bubbles in his tummy and lower colon.
Your amazing ❤

Sometimes you have to walk away mama. A crying baby is an alive baby. ❤ good job you got this!
It gets better, sweetie, I promise
Over the shoulder mumma❤
Believe it or not, years from now, u’ll cherish the memories of those times❤
No she won't.
That's not something you can cherish.

For now.......I send you big hug.......
you might want to take the baby to a pediatric Chiropractor. some babies can have trauma during the birthing process. Much love❤
Makes u rethink things

For your own mental health you need someone to watch baby for a bit so you can have a break. I sincerely hope there’s somebody there for you.
It’s okay mama, we’ll get through this together. There’s another mom feeling the exact same way with their little one.. you’re not alone ❤
