    I don’t think I’ve ever seen two men openly engage in such a tender wholesome way, possibly ever, the fact we’re now normalising (& they feel completely comfortable doing so) this type of intimacy especially between men warms my heart. I’m so obsessed with platonic love & this embodies exactly what I love about it.

    people went hating on jacob bc of what he said about the kissing booth movies, but in the first sentence when he talks about demanding roles and being the actor he always dreamed, you can see what he always wanted to say, not like hating on those movies, just talking about his personal dreams and aspirations

      Maybe it was taken out of context and maybe he has his own pov since he dated his co star but there is always a way to say something in a humble way… he wouldn’t have gotten euphoria or Priscilla and “ALL THESE roles he wanted if it wasn’t for rn exposure the kissing booth gave him” like if you can’t say anything nice he could have been quiet about it

Whether he did kissing booth or not, had no measure on him getting euphoria or anything else. Imagine silencing a stranger into their experiences, he can literally talk about whatever he wants lol

    i love coleman domingo SO much. he’s such a talented actor with a really beautiful/authentic journey to get where he is today. I’m so happy he’s finally getting the recognition he deserves. I didn’t realize sam had written Ali specifically for him, but it makes so much sense why he shines so much in the role.

    Sad to see this pairing has so many less views than others, I understand they're not as big as other actors featured in this but my god, what a beautiful conversation these two had. However decided to pair them up had an excellent vision because the way these two men connected and opened up to each other and the audience was beautiful to see.

      Yeah I feel like he will have a similar career to Ryan Gosling. Not neccessarily the comedy actor part but just playing many different roles with many people knowing him as kind of just a hot actor and over his career more and more people will see what an actual Master he is.

    A lot of these videos are about smothering the other actor with praise as if they've never been recognized, but this is the only one that's not cringey and insecure. They are truly listening to each other and heeding what their moms taught them. I feel the respect they have for each other, and the regard they have for their profession. Watching this is a gift.❤

    One thing that stood out to me was “a teacher can change the course of your life” my high school vice principal told me I was going to be dead at 21 because I decided to stop complaining and crying and fight my bully. Well I’m 36 married, good career and love my kids. For som reason I never forgot about it and kept it with me. My wife is a soon to be psych NP and she always say i might be one of those ppl that uses negativity as a fuel

    This needed to be longer!!!!!! What a great conversation, the fact that both of them worked in two different but big projects was a nice connection that needed more time to explore, like they barely talked about Saltburn. But I’m not complaining at all, the way they covered a lot more than the movies they made this year showed a real connection. Felt like people on people before actors on actors!
