For example, Megami was said to have a chip that tracks her movements, so if Ayano kidnap her it would automatically lead to an ending where they would track the chip and Megami would be saved, consequently getting Ayano arrested or losing Senpai somehow, not to mention the information that Senpai's parents would move out for his safety, which already serves as a base for another ending.
