Yes Chris, me too. From the time I got my license, I’d head for Palmer. As you say it was very busy. The last couple times I’ve been home and visited Palmer I’ve seen almost nothing.
This video was obviously produced before the added Amtrak connection was installed, since the ConnRiver line used to be in such bad shape, until the Commonwealth of MA acquired the tracks and refurbished them. I also remember that old green girder bridge spanning the tracks in the background. It has since been replaced with a more modern structure.
