Haha, I went to a convention where the fire alarm went off. Three times on the busiest night, in fact. 4,000 people had to evacuate all three times. Everyone was SURE it was convention-goers being assholes.... but it actually turned out to be some random hotel guest smoking in the bar, and had nothing to do with the con. Good times.

And if the dog doesn't have a vest (sometimes they don't have to wear them if its too hot out) then they always have their paper work on hand. And in this case, it would have been acceptable to ask to see the dogs paper work, most serves dogs are not like that.
I dont remember, maybe he asked not to publish some parts of it, maybe I was just changing the battery (in that case it skips no longer than 3 minutes)
