1st movement gives me chills Not only is a really unique way to start a sonic game, but it feels so sad yet so misterious, it really makes you wanna know what is going on, where you are, where is everyone, what you gotta do.. I love this vibe
I'm not gonna lie, I got chills when these started playing during the last part of Ouranos Island. Going from the frantic yet muted pianos and violins of Ouranos's theme to the more somber tones and sense of discovery again really made it feel like the game was coming full circle. ...Granted, I think that might've been an oversight in the code, as Ouranos was supposedly a part of Kronos alongside Rhea at one point. But if it WAS intentional... *chef's kiss*
I just can't say enough how much I LOVE this game's soundtrack! 😸😻💙🎵💎 From its awesome cyberspace rave music, to its raging metal and hard rock, to its amazing and moving pieces of orchestral brilliance! I hope it will be nominated at a game awards someday and recieve the kudos it deserves. 🏆🎮💿
@WhatISawJuly7th Was this soundtrack included in this year's Game Awards or perhaps another video game award show? Last I read the nominations for the Game Awards it hadn't made the cut.
@millennios4314 First of all, I'm a female; secondly, there's no need for you to be so snotty; thirdly, was the Sonic Frontiers soundtrack at the Game Awards or not?
The 4th is my favorite, I feel it expresses most the situation Sonic is in whilst not straying away from showing the isolated peaceful side of the island.
give it some time and we'll all be singing this game's praises. *SONIC FRONTIERS IS AN AWESOME AND AMAZING GAME* and the Soundtrack/score is the chef's kissssssssssss 🙏🏾
Truuue. We live in a society lol. Look at how many ppl are praising Sonic Unleashed and even 06(after the one guy made the mod that improves the game) now.
A few (maybe more) sonic fans are still hating on this game despite it’s beautiful soundtracks and surroundings. Sure, the graphics suck, but ppl are still not satisfied with the fact that this is game has 30 hours of gameplay.
This is genuinely a stroke of fuckin' genius, I didn't notice it on my first playthrough, but on my second one it really impressed me. The fact that they made seven versions of each soundtrack for each island that change as you get more chaos emeralds is brilliant. Made me love the game a whole lot more.
It's so cool that the islands had multiple music tracks as you progress through them. They could have had 1 per island, but they did all of this. That is one thing I really appreciate about this game.
You have not heard sonic unleashed night stages have you? They are way more slow and jazzy with drums bashing away, not soft music with pianos and violins playing
@@mcsquid9110 not the entire track for kronos, but bits and pieces remind of me, mostly for shantar night stages. yes, there are violins playing in some night stages. this was more of a vague remembrance rather than a big similarity.
Actually No It's more Normal not Slow Paced Compare them Kronos Island 2nd movement and Starfall Island theme are different tones and it fits better after Ourinos Island cause in Kronos Island it feels outclassed especially 4th Movement being the best one
Parts of music that changes as you progress through the story here for each Chaos Emerald you get the Music Changes It's Pacing For a Open World Game it does wonders BOTW unfortunately didn't have that luxury cause it was Environmental Sound effects you rarely got music aside from the Main Towns and Villages like Rito Village ect
It does feel like Frontiers has built upon what Unleashed laid down! I love both soundtracks dearly and if I had to choose, I would definitely have a hard time! ^-^

why would that be an oversight that sounds dumb as hell

@@beanykitty25 oops, but yeah if you didn’t know Sonic Frontiers neither won players choice on game awards nor best soundtrack at steam awards
1st movement: I don't know where I am and I'm scared yet at peace.
7th: We gotta move. I got some Evangelion lookin' ahh to beat.
This is a new frontier not just for sonic, but for the music aswell! Great job compiling them into one!
(I actually fell to this at night lol)
2nd movement has the trailer motif, around the middle
The 4th is my favorite, I feel it expresses most the situation Sonic is in whilst not straying away from showing the isolated peaceful side of the island.

@@76o90 wdym the graphics is the one thing the haters praise abt this game its absolutely stunning and no one can dent that
Honestly, i love how the music goes from calming and slow to more energetic as it goes on.

Love how much variety of the soundtrack of sonic we got orchestra, tencho and even metalcore thrown in the same game

I listen to the Kronos Movements almost every morning. Never has a video game soundtrack ministered to my heart in such a way.
from the 4th movement, I feel like I'm a scientist on the point of an incredible breakthrough
YES. THANK YOU.
The next sonic symphony will be insane just from the Kronos island movements alone
Love the 2nd movement. Had this stuck in my head for the entire day.
parts of this gives me night stage sonic unleashed vibes.

4th music has adabat night vibes, definitely.
4th Movement is the best one Just Beautiful it has that Sonic Unleashed Vibe and early in the game Too
I wish this island spanned the entire game. it was my favorite and the soundtrack was great.
when i herad this, it gave me chills in a good way lol. The OST is a top-notch
Around 07:00 I think that's the Planet Wisp leitmotif? It sounds really familiar!
Out of all VG music ever, the 1st motif bullseye'd my expectations
2nd Movement is legendary
The 2nd movement you hear again when you’re on the last island

7:30 sounds like sonic colors planet wisp
8:45
17:44 - 18:08
3rd movement is definitely the best
This music seems like an unknown border, but it doesn't.🎉
Good stuff 👏 👍
Es perfecto.
Game is already nostalgic
29:00
The 6th soundtrack is my favorite , same is the Kronos Island...Chaos Island is just confusing navigating and Ares Is not that exciting

1st movement is magical. 4th movement reminds me of the sonic unleashed werehog stages.
Jungle Joy Ride Night the Piano melody is similar alongside the Violins but Frontiers is more superior
It does feel like Frontiers has built upon what Unleashed laid down! I love both soundtracks dearly and if I had to choose, I would definitely have a hard time! ^-^
@@manicpanic1 How about Chaos Island 2nd movement -7th that should help for me i love Chaos Island music so relaxing
