Thank you. It is a shame they have sat idle for the entirety of 2020 LOL. Not because I don't want to use them, but because I've dedicated 2020 to learning how to skateboard. (I've rollerbladed / skated for most of my current 52 years so it's pretty easy to me... but never skateboarded till this year.) But in 2021 I plan on putting them back on, at least from time to time! :)
Hey bud, nah... these are the USD Carbon Team II's I'm 99% sure. ruclips.net/video/JaKfQaDkELA/видео.html Great skates. I took a year off from AI to work on skateboarding, then I ended up fully dislocating my shoulder. LOL. I've got a goal of climbing the Nose in 2022... but after that I'm back on my blades as I have unfinished business with some coping. LOL. ;) I just can't risk injuring my shoulder again right now so I'm taking a bit of time off.
@@Sicnus hahahah... I wasn’t talking about those skates ;-) I know those are USD Carbons. I have the 2021 version. I was talking about your actual shoes... you can see them in the video when you put the skates on.
@@nirodha7028 Hah! Nope. They are Forma Motorcycle shoes. Right behind me there while I'm putting on my skates you can see my bike. www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/dainese-street-rocker-d-wp-shoes I can't seem to find my shoes anywhere by Forma, but those Dainese is a close second to what I have. I don't really like them (my motorcycle shoes) but... they work I reckon.
The timberlands of aggressive blades. Get em in the oven and make em unique to your foot shape, will help with your fitment issues. You'll feel super connected to em and you can do it many times as you break em in. Stay safe, get some gear and enjoy.
As you go over the top of the hump squat like a skier going over a compression. But if you're coming at it from the right (in this vid) it's really no different to coming out of a normal ramp. Easier if anything, with no slidey coping to deal with. Stick at it.
Hi. How is the sizing going? I got carbon free team 11 size but they are totally oversized. My gawds Prado are 10US and fit perfectly. I wear 11US all my shoes)) thinking about these beautiful carbons but don't know which size) thanks
Would you be willing to sell those ground control frames? Not sure if you started using them again or if you kept the Rollerblade frames on there. I am looking to buy that same setup, the boots are still available but not the frames. Let me know thanks.
Sorry bud, I plan on using the skates on and off after the first of the year. (Sticking to Skateboarding this year!) But I do plan to get back on my skates. Thanks though! GL.
Trae McCombs how did the wheelbase feel? 270 is kinda short for size 13 boot, but on the carbons they look fine. I might buy the copper colored mega frames ones I found in size large. They keep discontinuing stuff in rollerblading. Right now I am on K2 fatty pros with ground control HD72 frame 283mm wheelbase. Feels good but is heavy. That carbon boot with the light 270mm frame looked like a good combo to try. And if your skateboarding again check out madness boards. They make some bigger boards and also offer wheel wells to help with wheel bite. I like my madness 8.75 impact light w/ wheel wells and my 9.0 hands board also with wheel wells. Good for guys with big feet and over 200 pounds.
@@michaelthompson7277 TBH, if you look at my vids, you'll see I'm not that advanced. :). I wouldn't call myself a beginner anymore but... I can skate. Grind tricks and such, not really. But yeah... I don't really know much about skates from a technical standpoint. :/. Sorry.
beautiful skates there brotherman!! xx

True... probably easier; but less room for failure as it's about the size of a trashcan lid up there!
Great job!
Really nice looking skates. How you getting on with them 9 months on?
When u drop in keep both feet equal and lean forward. Don't lean back while dropping in till u are on a level surface.
Macon, Ga that's what's up.
I know how you feel about ramps, and humps I only learned how to do a drop in earlier this year...and sprained both my wrists the same day lol

I want to buy these skates and I’m trying to figure out what’s the best fit for me. So these skates are size 13 and what is your shoe size ?
13, sorry for the late reply.
How big are these in CM? Size 13
296 mm (29,6 cm ;-)) EU46
Don't know if I'm here for the skates or for your beard.
may as well enjoy both xD
