Good morning Paul I could use a glacier right now so hot out. Glad you still to this day making great videos. Still can't believe how wasteful we are. So thankful for this beautiful day.
Hey Paul - just wanted to say your videos were one of the things that helped me kick the booze out of my life. Just stopping in to say thanks and keep up the scrappin life!
Thank you for your vids and worship. I am also a disabled vet that loves scrapping. Don't get much time during winter in Minnesota. Body says heck no to the cold and snow.
I love your attitude and philosophy. I like how you save the tools. It's such a shame to see old tools go to the landfill when they're perfectly good tools we must save our history.
Cast iron pans are the BEST Paul, I changed most of my pans to cast iron. It's great that you can start on the top and then finish in the oven if ness. I've bought even rusty ones and conditioned them back to a cookable finish. I've got all mine at Goodwill
I loved the cast iron skillet, can't imagine anyone tossing it. This is the 1st video of seeing the other 2 recycling places in all of the video's I've watched, its cool seeing other places once in awhile changes your day. God bless you my friend. Keep praising His mighty name!🙏🏼🙌🔥😍🌞
I had to smile that you were allowed in that dumpster it was like watching a kid who had been given free range in a sweet shop well done Paul great haul and you never know unless you ask 👍
My mom always said, cooking with cast iron gives you iron. But I only have 1, and I love to cook sausage and corn bread in it. I bought it many years ago at a yard sale for $3.00. I love mine. Great scores today. You aren’t afraid to get in those bags and containers.
It is also difficult for me to ask for help. When I do it has always been I had to pay them. However, when others needed help I never asked for payment. Sadly for my husband and I our family is the worst 😢. I am just thankful for the few that has helped my husband and I without any reservations. God bless you Paul. Thank you for your videos. You make me smile. I catch myself many times praying 🙏 along with you and for you. My husband is actually watching your videos with me.🤗
That long thing in the dumpster that had the plug on the end I believe is a dip stick oil heater to keep your engine oil thin in the cold weather to make your car start easier they also make a heater that goes on your lower radiator hose that keeps the engine warm so they are ready to go in winter weather fire trucks ambulances and tow trucks have them on them ...I had one on my truck until I got smart and moved south away from all that colder weather ....as we get older that cold weather gets harder on our joints lol
We love you brother Paul and of course your videos. The Lord surely blessed you today. Not too many days we get to see you take in 3 loads.Praying for you my friend.
Having done many resets and remodels in retail in my years, the way those shelves were handled by autozone is downright criminal. I've NEVER been allowed to just throw that stuff away. We have always had to stack, and wrap them on pallets in as good a condition as possible, and they were returned to the corporate Warehouse for reuse or if too dated/damaged, recycled. I'm not sure why but that really got my blood pressure up.
That the store management didn't choose to have two dumpsters and separate the metals makes me despair. Such a simple action makes so much difference to landfill volumes.
Wow - I'd have to keep about 3/4 of that cookware. I love to cook so that cast iron would totally be a keeper, the wok and the stock pot, the muffin pan...oh my! Everything tastes delicious in cast iron and cooks evenly. Make sure you clean it and re-season it well. The pictures (near the end) were beautiful too. PS the glass bowls were nice too.
Heck of great scrapper haul! Did you end up checking out that other dumpster by the auto parts place? Even the garbage man is helping you that is awesome sauce!!!
Hey Paul, Happy New Year my friend. Love your videos. You , sir, have a beautiful soul. You always have something pleasant or nice to say about everybody and every situation. Carry on the great work.
Hey bud just wanted to say ive been binge watching your vids and love your always positive attitude, so easy to get down and negitive these days. Stay save my brother and god is good!
Wow awesome score another great day in the life of the scrap and pallet man adventures. Keep up the good work and positivity. Stay safe and well. ,🙏🏼👍🙏🏼
You may Want to consider saving some of that shelving for your storage unit. it’s very versatile you could bolt the supports into your walls very easily and you can see how those shelves are adjustable very potentially handy commodity for someone in your business and since there’s so much there you might consider saving some.
Wow! God sure is blessing you with the scores lately and the trash man. I wouldn't be surprised if other trashmen start texting you. God bless you Paul and I'll be looking forward to your next video.
Hey Paul looking back over some of your older videos I haven't seen yet and you are so much more physically fitter these days, scrapping has certainly been good for you. Love your videos and your faith in Jesus, how you honour him each time too, awsome, take care and be blessed, Lisa from Scotland
I admit that I am jealous that you found that autozone dumpster, I am actively searching for shelving units like that and those are expensive even used.
Your videos make me sooo cold when I watch them... LOL!!! We would probably like to have a little snow in Mississippi instead of all this water... ugh!! Was wondering if anyone else was saying look at the thingy on the red table.. lol!! You just had a really blessed day! So excited for you, just wish the prices were better at the scrap yards. At least that stuff is being recycled. Glad God made you who you are so that we can all watch you grow and prosper on RUclips!!! Happy day!!
That thick copper, normally used for grounding from a panel box to a ground rod. Nice score. That rod with a plug, oil warmer, goes where your dipstick goes. I have made cornbread with a cast iron skillet. If you use it, make sure you oil it up, after you clean it in water, with cooking oil.
the store would have to pay a dumping fee $30 to $40 per ton, as well as a yardage fee for the size of rolloff so by having you remove a large portion of the weight the store saves it is a win win
I still find it amazing how much good stuff gets tossed instead of donated. I wonder why people do it. I knew one lovely lady (she is a nice person) that would still toss clothes in barn, because she didn't want to see other people walking down the street in the clothes. Even though most charities try to take donations out of the area.
Curb courtesy! Yes! And another note....never feel bad for receiving tips or gifts from us fans! Those are your blessings from God because you enlighten and inspire many! You have a loving personality, your kind, thoughtful, funny, witty, but most of all GRATEFUL for the most simple things that God presents to us daily and that is why you have such a large fan base that continues to grow! I have never once seen you ask for anything! KEEP BEING YOU BECAUSE YOU ARE WONDERFUL!
That was great to watch seeing you get so much metal, glad you you decided to clear it with the store, i was worried something was going to go wrong, but ask nicely and you shall receive. Enjoyable episode S/P Man.
@@ScrapPalletMan Have a great weekend, stay safe, want to to see hundreds more of your scrap adventures, you are funny, always honest and tell the ins and outs of this life and the other life (God) so good.

That's literally how it started for me. Two and a half years ago I was bummed out watching RUclips and didn't know what I wanted to do with my life. Divorced, single in a studio apartment. Started watching scrapping channels on RUclips by chance. And thought to myself, this looks fun. And you know the rest of the story :-)
Don't you just love it when you come across a juicy dumpster like that OMG! It's sweeter than bear meat! lol 😂 one stop shopping bro Yes yes!!! scrapper heaven 🙏🏾🙌🏾👍🏾😇
That was awesome. Auto Zone was a gold mine for you. Thank you God for taking care of my brother both materially and physically. And yes strollers are hard for me as well, that and high chairs sometimes...lol The iron skillet I have was my moms. I only make cornbread or Mexican cornbread in it. Thanks God! He totally hooked me up. How are you doing on this Saturday? I have to finish editing yesterday's video but I have a friend that wants me to pick up a bunch of old light fixtures. He said in a whole bunch of light fixtures.
H Paul! Loved the video!!! If you’re like me, you can’t get the ‘loot’ out of the dumpster fast enough! I think the “Mainstay” brand is from Target. Nice find!! Love cast iron! Thank you for brightening my day with your positive vibes!! ❤️
When I was a kid, my dad was a trash man, now my hubby and son are in the waste business. But dad would bring in loads that were heavy with scrap at times and we got to pick it for aluminum or metal and we got some of the money we thought we were rich.
I grew up using cast iron skillets. There is nothing better for frying chicken, searing meat (season and sear steaks, put a pat of butter on top, top it with foil and finish in the oven to your choice of doneness), and if you fix anything with tomato it will leach iron into your food (fights anemia). Just be sure you season it (grease/lard is better than oil, oil sometimes is sticky). Also the best for cornbread. Great hauls!
Paul your looking good. So drywall we soak in a bucket with water it falls apart then pull out the paper and mix it into your garden to help keep it fluff. Nothing goes to waste. Hugs Oregon
at 20 bucks a day for basically having fun it comes out to 120 bucks a week and that dosent include the copper and aluminium you get.. you are my new hero
Paul, Have you ever seen the trucks which deliver propane tanks to a job site? ---or---the trucks which deliver and set the cement vaults for grave sites? They both have overhead hoists on a rail down the center of their beds and overhangs the end of the bed so they can drop the load wherein is needed --Well -- A lightweight version would be a help to you in loading heavy stuff and flipping things like water heaters. You ladder rack should be able to handle a pretty heavy load. Just a thought.
Hey Paul! How is my friend doing! I was going to give a idea to you sir......if you can buy yourself a package of bungee cords...I was thinking at times you could tie some bigger items to the side of the truck and give more room and have the load secure! Once you get sides on the back of course you would have more but that was a idea not telling you what to do sir! As for the people complaining about your tip jar they are crazy!
