Hi! I used the IFS formula to check if the amount due and balance are the same. Depending on the situation I change the text and depending on the text I use conditional formatting to highlight with different colors. I hope this helps! 😊👩🏻‍💻

Hi! What I've seen people do is create a second blank copy of the file and use that one for invoices they have to pay (one file for purchases, one file for clients) 😊👩🏻‍💻✨

How do you create a date filter that sums up only that range. Example: customers from May 1-May and these date automatically tally revenue into the following 3 categories 10 check amount, cash amount, credit card amount.

Hi, is it possible to change the currency from USD to a different currency or is it fixed only in USS?

Hi! To change the currency in Google Sheets you can select groups of cells you want to change and then click on FORMAT -> NUMBER. Then you can choose either CURRENCY and select a country or you can choose CUSTOM CURRENCY and then have more flexibility over how you want your numbers to look 😊

What if my invoice is 2,000 and then there's a fee that will be deducted in that invoice let's say 500. How can I input that in the this sheet you created?

Hi! Right now you would have to set the amount due to 1,500 directly. I could also look into adding an extra column for discounts 😊

Hi! I don't have a feature to work in multiple currencies, I'm sorry! For purchases I know some users create a second copy of the template and use one for their own clients and the second one for their own purchases 😊👩🏻‍💻✨ I hope this helps!
