What Is This INSTRUMENT?! - We Built a Pipe Instrument and Wrote a Song

Who says plumbing can't be an instrument?! We built a pipe instrument and wrote an original song...and IT'S A BEAST! It spans over two octaves and sounds amazing. It's laid out like a piano keyboard with white and black notes so it makes sense to play. This strange instrument is sometimes referred to as marimba tubes, rimbatubes, a PVC pipe instrument, or a tubulum. These types of percussion pipe instruments were made more popular by musicians like The Blue Man Group.
We're pretty happy with the polyphonic song we wrote at the end, and though we're not strictly percussionists, we love percussive instruments, especially homemade ones!
