Nice point of view. I bought my house a foreclosure, and have 100k equity already. If i choose to refinance, i wont get up to 50k due to LTV limit, I've decided to sell, take 80k add some savings and put down for a triplex or duplex of possible.

Increasing the demand for supply, (accommodation) lodging, food, and services drives up cost, contributes to supply shortages, which fuels inflation. This is why Welcoming 500 thousand new permanent residents every year is a bad idea.
Whatever gains you make they are coming after it, they are coming after your savings too. You cant out run this mess we are in.
With no gold standard in place there is nothing protecting your savings from confiscation through inflation.

You mean the size of the bills next to the doll house didn't give it away? They are literally double the size of actual bills. 😄... Besides, so what if it is prop money, it's just to make a point. The technical term is called "visual aids"...
Do you really think he should get a stack of real money just to make a 12 minute video?
By the same token should he stand in front of a real house just to say "you should keep your house and buy more if you can."? Come on dude, you should take a marketing class so you can learn about presentation.
