SwayzDog! Yeah I think Emerson ships around 1pm-3pm PST M-F because that’s when USPS shows up to EKI.

Well I failed my 1K1M challenge. Sold my Bugout yesterday. But I bought the M390 version with that money 🤣 So I have to carry a different knife until that arrives. Chose my PJ 0640, which is a joy to carry and use anyway. I'm not sad. Also...Emerson design!
Emersons, man. I really want to get one in my collection. I'm really thinking about that Super CQC7 now. A bigger version of the normal CQC7 is sounding really nice. Love that sticker yours came with! Just makes me like them even more 😁
You've gotta explain the 'wrong hand chisel' to me. It'd cut better for righties if the flat side is on the left side of the blade when holding in the right hand? Expound on that for me.
The Super 7 is awesome. Sign up for alerts with eki. The "wrong side" means that with a traditional chisel grind, primarily used by Japanese chefs, the flat is on the "show" side. Better for indexing the cut and helping the food fall away

The Roadhouse is a great design I wish they would update the steel to Magnacut it would be the right time to do so.
Apparently they're running their magnacut at 62ish which isn't terrible

@@chucknunface Yes I understand the Thunderstom version looked great but I would probably prefer the satin/stonewashed version.
