4 games into the season sacking your manager after playing champions league finalists liverpool, title winning Man City and top of the league arsenal is madness. Any of those 3 teams bench is probably worth more that the entire Bournemouth squad. £25 million investment in the top flight is a drop in the ocean, Parker levelled with the fans and rightly said the lack of premiership experience was difficult and the gulf in glass was worlds apart. It wasn’t a change in manager they needed, it was a change in mentality from the top. Scott parker line up & statics was weak. The team do more defense more than attack. They allow Liverpool to enter they're box too easily. I was upset on how easy they let Liverpool wins & they don't even put up a fight.. this coach is too soft for this league
Most of this team has no premiership experience, you’re talking about playing the finalists of the champions league. It’s beyond madness to fire him 4 games into the season. The next manager comes in and then what, look at Watford. They changed coaches multiple times and it failed
Good post mate, the only thing i can think is Scott was told what money was available, and coming out publicly moaning about it, probably sealed his fate. Totally agree though shambles sacking him so early.

They want bigger squads, change the program even though x-mas program is as old as the game itself, no financial fair play. They're literally succeeding in changing the game in their favor. Give them their super league so we can get rid of them.
Most teams would give a manger a few games to turn it around. They didn't like, that he spoke out Incase fans turn on them. Leeds had 2 crushing defeats last season of 6 or more goals. Didn't sack bielsa until he had a chance to prove himself. The results didn't change and he was removed. 4 games in is a major over reaction for a promoted team. Yes 9-0 is bad but not the worst. It's just a single game. Give him a good 8-10 games. About beating those around you over those you have no chance of beating. New manager won't change the need for players. Just costs you money, you should of spent on players.
It’s cruel but he lost a game 9-0, he was asking for signings and they clearly don’t want to invest too much so they’ll get someone in willing to take on this squad for the rest of the season.
What did the chairman expect from Bournemouth win the league f.a cup and league cup this season the players he has wouldn't even win league2 let alone compete in the premier get rid of the chairman instead😀😀😀⚽⚽⚽⚽.
Premier League is the greatest league in the world. English managers and players pay a big price for this. Won't be long until Lampard and Gerrard's turn to see red as well. Its a shame.
There's no point having a manager who openly doesn't believe in his squad. Bournemouth are a small club and maybe need to be careful. Obvious decision to part ways.
Arsenal are the kind of team who go, 3, 4-0 away, that’ll do, but at home Liverpool won’t stop, did Scotty think Liverpool would stop at say 4-0 at Anfield? Man C too will tend to go 4-0 will do us, save legs for next week, but Liverpool quite definitely are not like that, it’s ‘heavy metal football’ and they’ll do you 9-0 if you let them. Massive naivety on the part of Parker he didn’t seem to realize that’ll happen, Liverpool won’t stop at 5. Football theorists talk about ‘game management’ when you’re winning 2-1, but for a bottom quarter team it’s also about game management when you’re losing 4-0. It’s why you never ever see a top quarter team lose 9-0, even when they’re getting a hiding they go ‘game over’ and come away chastened with say a 4-1, it happens, they’re red-faced, go away and go again. But it is a serious problem, that score line. I completely understand why Parker has been fired.
They're a tiny club, with an 11000 seater stadium, how are people expecting them to spend 100m+, maybe that's not sustainable. Parker hasn't exactly got a great record spending money in the Prem has he. Dyche might come in and keep them up
Gate money is negligible in the Prem. Teams could play in empty stadiums for the difference it makes. Fans are there to provide an atmos track, nothing more.

Amazing just how many clueless numpties gobbing off about Parker and AFCB. He got off to a good start in the championship. The honeymoon period. They were way out in front with Fulham and he nearly blew it with his negative, dour, turgid football. They crept over the line just by beating Forest. So get real!! All season, the quality of football was turgid rubbish. The same way he played as a player. He spent a fortune at Fulham on promotion and they were slaughtered. The football was turgid. Fulham fans were NOT sorry to see him go AT ALL. They all told us. They were right. He's over rated. A busted flush. The Bournemouth side is utter crap but if they get a manager that starts to play some attacking, entertaining football then so what if they get relegated. I will tell you gobby lot: if Parker had stayed, Bournemouth would have got the record for least points in the top division irrespective of how much they spent. He IS NOT a good manager

It's just a single game. Give him a good 8-10 games. About beating those around you over those you have no chance of beating. New manager won't change the need for players. Just costs you money, you should of spent on players.
Disgusting lack of respect from the board he needs at least a little bit of time any manager would. Gross behaviour
It’s cruel but he lost a game 9-0, he was asking for signings and they clearly don’t want to invest too much so they’ll get someone in willing to take on this squad for the rest of the season.
Look at Nottingham forest with the promoted money ....it's all crazy
Get Harry back in the dug out love him come on Harry come and save us 🍒
What did the chairman expect from Bournemouth win the league f.a cup and league cup this season the players he has wouldn't even win league2 let alone compete in the premier get rid of the chairman instead😀😀😀⚽⚽⚽⚽.
Premier League is the greatest league in the world. English managers and players pay a big price for this. Won't be long until Lampard and Gerrard's turn to see red as well. Its a shame.
Shame about what ? They’re not good enough ?
Scott getting sacked and lampard still in the job🤣
Weanling and Dealing Del Boy Harry Redknapp. I wonder if he'll get his name in hat for the job just before deadline day arrives.
There's no point having a manager who openly doesn't believe in his squad. Bournemouth are a small club and maybe need to be careful. Obvious decision to part ways.
He brings them up and this is the way they treat him.
I thought the sack race was between Gerrard and Lampard.
Managers have a right to have a say because there the first sacked.
Arsenal are the kind of team who go, 3, 4-0 away, that’ll do, but at home Liverpool won’t stop, did Scotty think
Liverpool would stop at say 4-0 at Anfield? Man C too will tend to go 4-0 will do us, save legs for next week, but Liverpool quite definitely are not like that, it’s ‘heavy metal football’ and they’ll do you 9-0 if you let them. Massive naivety on the part of Parker he didn’t seem to realize that’ll happen, Liverpool won’t stop at 5. Football theorists talk about ‘game management’ when you’re winning 2-1, but for a bottom
quarter team it’s also about game management when you’re losing 4-0.
Dyche might come in and keep them up
Trust me they aint staying up. Even if dyche comes in mate
Gate money is negligible in the Prem. Teams could play in empty stadiums for the difference it makes. Fans are there to provide an atmos track, nothing more.
Obviously they didn’t have no gratitude for Scott Parker I really hope🙏they go down now
yes but hang oh here who is playing on the pitch.??
scot parker was correct in what he said, owners didnt like the honesty cus they dont want it highlighted there trying to trouser all the cash! well said parker👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Harry had good people above him at Bournemouth...and they backed him!...yes maxim is the money man..but look at the chairman!...he don't care about the club or fans!..couldn't even send a get well soon card to my dad..when he was in ICU..says a lot about the club now!
Would've been sorta understandable if they lost to fellow relegation candidates but losing to 3 top 4 teams?? Horrible decision
@bp. Arsenal a top 4 team 😂
@@nu-metalfan2654 I meant top 4 candidates lol
Seems like a harsh decision. Maybe there was something else going on behind the scenes?
okay so sean dyke coming in maybe work for you but he ll have to change the way the team is setup, think the club need to look at the free tranfers Danny Simpson at CB is avialable vetern cb realistically hes only gonna be a one season deal but he would shore up that defence. Ultimately decide on whats more important to you another season in the prem or playing the bournemouth way.
Danny Simpson the one who played for Newcastle and leicester ?
Harry trying to get the job.
Any bmth fan accepting Harry back would be a complete hypothetic .
He robbed em many years ago
He's the manager he's going to say if he's team isn't upto it ..... freedom of speech has vanished from football incase you get punished.
40ish years ago Lincoln City...9 Bournemouth... Harry blamed the wrong studs, if I remember correctly, screw ins on a frozen pitch. Not sure if Harry was boss then...?
It was his first match as manager!
It appears the Owners at Bournemouth have a bigger Ego than bank balance.
Is Hawwy Wedknapp sleeping in the thumbnail? lol
That's the thanks u get. Get them promoted, and that's how they treat u. Only 4 games in, faced some top teams in those 4 games. Far too early, give him a couple of mths. Clearly there's issues behind the scenes, why he got the boot
I can’t believe this I hope they go down!
Why the flame and shocked face???
Where do they go now? They go down that's where.
All of this doesn't say much for Gerrard or Villa!
Theres more behing closed doors that made things this way ,also the media might have had an impact on his ego.
You can’t lose 9-0 then bowl about in a hideous 2k cardigan. Just doesn’t happen.
He should have been more like Steve Bruce was at Newcastle and I’m sue he would still be in a job.
Can Bournemouth just do a Portsmouth or a Sunderland and disappear for a while? Boring yo-yo club with a handful of fans. They add nothing to football
When have they been a yo-yo club ?
This is only the second time they've been promoted
Didnt they get a result against Avfc?
How qualified do you need to be to be on these shows, do you need to do any research? Shay Given saying “it’s not like a Norwich situation where they spend no money” when last summer Norwich spent nearly 3 times as much as Bournemouth have this summer 😬
If the Cherries appoint king Arry then he can do he's legendary business deals and all will be well.Oi oi Hazzer.x
Is that rough old badger taking notes Ally McCoist??
Bournemouth are a disgrace. Parker literally got them to the Premier League in the first place.
As a cherries 🍒 fan not Dyche thanks Parker had a decent squad to start with was allowed to sign 7 players in January and now he is saying they weren't good enough No sorry you weren't good enough goodbye and dont forget to take your stupid cardigan with you
The ol' wheeler dealer himself.
The owners deserve to be teabagged
Harry waiting in the wings...Sandbanks down the road
Give it to Big Sam till end of season
Look at the difference in investment between Bournemouth and Forrest. Board of Muppets.
I thought Scottie wore those tops with the stripes on his sleeve not his heart !!!!! Why do T/Sport still drag up Redknapp and Alladyce for comments H is probably looking to slot in for a little interim job ( oh yeh my alarm going off ha ha and I have to take the dogs out , yeh what a geezer I am )
I won't be surprise is Newcastle manager get the sack.
More bias against English managers.
Ralf loses 9-0 TWICE and somehow keeps his job 🤡
Parker loses 9-0 once (against a better team than Leicester and Man Utd) and immediately gets sacked. 🤷♂️🤔
English coaches generally suck that's why they never win trophies.
We had 10 men in the 1st minute man utd game and 10th minute of the other game, Bournemouth could of lost that game at least 12-0 with 11 players
