Dante's mastery of multiple weapons outplays Vergil's insane speed and strength. Along with the fact that Dante has multiple combat styles making Virgil feel stale in terms of gameplay

nope whatever is there that was coded into the game is there. personally they should've given Vergil more like his own unique missions go through rather then both Nero's and Dante's. So the answer is yes he has a theme but he doesn't have his own personal in game battle music
So there is a specific timing for his perfect judgment cut. Every swing he can perform with Yamato has one. I can’t say 100% for sure what the specific frame to do the perfect judgment cut at the end of Devil Trigger Yamato combo A because I haven’t played DMC4SE in years but it is do able
you can buy the add on that gives you super vergil, super dante and super nero or you can unlock it by betting dante must die mode. then once the costume is unlocked when you go to change vergils costume you'll be able to change it to super vergil

Vergil is so broken because this game was built around Nero/Dante, both of which are pretty slow, while Vergil is a fucking maniac

Super Vergil it's a costume option that allows Vergil to have an infinite Devil Trigger but you lose the health regeneration from your devil trigger
