You just go onto the store or library with the second account, download the game (or start streaming), then exit and go to the main profile you want to play on. The game should be on the main bar. Occasionally, with streaming, you'll have to jump over to the owner's profile, start it and go back again because it sometimes locks you out.
Yes, you can. Just make the game purchaser the primary user on your console. Then, that user can still access the game simultaneously on their own console while logged in as the purchasing user.
@SirkSirk I think he's referencing how loose they were with it back then, they let you game share to 5 people per game on PS3, which in my mind always seemed like mini piracy but it was awesome
It’s easier on the pa4 because you don’t have to enable/disable this feature. Just set the account to who’s games you want as the primary account on your console and make your account their primary so that they can get your games. Obviously make sure you trust the other account because they have full control of your profile as you will theirs. Just don’t sign on to their account while they’re online or it will boot them off lol.
they're not describing account sharing though, they're describing console sharing, as in letting someone else play on your console with their user account.

Who remembers when PS3 allowed gameshare between 5 different systems? Then it went down to 3 I believe. Then with PS4 down to 2. Kinda lame tbh.
