Hello friends, which version and switches would you prefer? Let me know in the comments below and remember to use the 10% discount code in the video description if you intend to purchase this keyboard
This was a great review my friend, thank you! I think I’m going to order one these immediately. Im completely in love with what I see here. Seems like it will be absolutely perfect for leaving my laptop and home and turn my more light weight tablet into a great work computer during the week.
By chance, does the return key make a "ding" sound? It would be really cool if they somehow made that sound to give the feeling of the old manual typewriters.
@@fgtechtips If you use the FocusWriter software and turn on typing sounds you get exactly that. It's available for Windows, Macos and Linux. I have been using it for years.
Since the whole thing is angled up, I feel like the keys should also be angled so that they're flatter. Would make typing on them easier, in my opinion.
I'd love to have this in ISO! I translate between three languages with 37 unique letters between them, so every single key on the ISO keyboard is something I simply can not spare.
The fake wood is plastic but everything else is metal. No idea of the durability of the keys over time but still having no issues with it since the time i filmed this video
@@fgtechtips Do you know what company makes this model? If it is all metal (keys, base etc.), why are there plastic knock-offs out there (e.g., 7Keys) that use the same product number, as if theirs were made by the same manufacturer? At least the knock-off Querkywriter is (was?) called the "Quertywriter" so that those savvy enough to recognize the difference in spelling could know it wasn't the same product. With this one you have to have the knock-off in-hand to realize that most of it is plastic. I don't expect you to speak for the manufacturers but this is a kind of bait-and-switch that nobody seems to recognize or acknowledge. Thanks for the purchasing link!
New version has a Windows/Mac instead of Bluetooth button. This is basically the Bluetooth button and will need to be pressed to pair it to a device. Wish this thing came with a manual.
@@fgtechtips i did and it doesnt work, however, if i use it on bluetooth mode it does work lol, weird!! but i still love this thing! thanks for the reply and amazing video sir.
Nice video. Just one question. I was wondering if the keyboard can bluetooth connect to phone/tablet when it is wire-connected to PC. I assume it could, but you know what they say about assuming, right? Thanks.
I@@fgtechtips I received the keyboard today and did the test. Here's what I found out. If you plug the keyboard into into a USB data port, you can't BT connect to other devices. However, if you plug the keyboard into a USB charger, you can BT connect to the PC, phone, tablet with no problem.
@@fgtechtips we are in contact with customer service and we got it refunded. We bought another. It worked for 10 minutes then shut off, we tried charging it but I think it's an issue with the port because it's been charging for 3 days and still doesn't work.
Not sure what you're talking about, at minute 07:15 during the noise test there is no background music so that you can clearly listen to the typing noise with both keyboards

Nope but I guess there is a way to configure it via some software
@@fgtechtips If you use the FocusWriter software and turn on typing sounds you get exactly that. It's available for Windows, Macos and Linux. I have been using it for years.
Sure with external software it is possible but not "out of the box"
@@danastmusic Thankyouuu

I think the Angel is to make it more typewriter like since on an actual typewriter the keys are angled
I just received it. I tried to connect it wired with pc but it doesn't work
1:54 Welcome
Mine won't work on Bluetooth mode. It has to be plugged into the computer.
Mine works fine in blurtooth with both android and Mac

Do you think, it can be swtiched to azerty?
I think if you are able to find the proper caps it's no issue, it's then just a windows configuration then
Planning on getting this with Kailh Box Switch Navy switches!
Nice !
Is it possible to turn off the backlight when typing?
yes it's possible. did you watch the video? it's shown in the first minutes
Is the switch of this keyboard swappable ?
I'm having problems with connecting when I turn it off and back on
Sorry about the question but... how can I use less than/ greater than symbol on this keyboard? Thanks!
Thank you for the great video!! May i know is the switch 3 pin??
Can you make it sound like an old typewriter?
Nope but I guess there is surely a software that does that
Hows the quality? Lots of horrible reviews on Amazon.

@@fgtechtips thank you, I wasn’t sure if it would last.

@@fgtechtips My second reply didn't get posted but essentially even this product linked above is no longer metal.
Yes it's explained in the video at minute 4 you can see it in the specs and when I show the back of the keyboard: 7keys
sorry what switch is compatible with this keyboard? im planning to buy this the design is sleek

Where to buy this
You find all information in the video description, it's easy. Link and discount code too
Do you have a user manual for this? I bought one, and there was no user manual included. And i cant fine any pdf file online… thanks
I demo on how to switch between the paired devices?
Yes please I couldn’t figure it out
Oh I thought you said you had the video darn
Why can’t I find mine in my Bluetooth list?
You have to enable it first with the combination keys
What are combination keys?@@fgtechtips
FN+R let you switch the keyboard from wired to wireless. While for the Bluetooth there should also be a button on the back as I show in the video
Mine switches to a different language, i am not sure how to adjust it. any ideas
That must be the simple windows setting
Did it fit in size and length with the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 ultra?
Any idea how to unlock it!? No manual, I am locked up. ;, :/
What do you mean unlock it ?

Not worth It. Only works in wired mode. Bluetooth just wont set up
Works fine to me, as you can also see in my video as proof
dude is doing a sound test with background music louder than the audio

chill with the cuts 1
I thought it was going to print with paper tf
Hello! Can you please let me know how the metal rod works? I tried pulling the metal rod but it's not doing anything on the backlight? Please help. 🥹
