I unfortunately don't sew, quilt or crochet... But my Mother was a great seamstress like you. I loved watching her create our clothes blankets and yes the best winter quilts and Cuddles. So when I watch you it makes me happy. She's gone now... Thank you so much for the memories.
I LOVE your simple but clever quilts and your overall attitude. I'm with you on the whole "it's not important" (i.e. not being a perfectionist) and I also love to do piecework, but not so much the actual quilting.

My fabric stash and one sewing machine survived in a separate building. Now is the time for me to get off my ass and make your Crumb quilt with my surviving scraps. Love your sense of humor!
