There hasn't been anybody like Nadal in his teenage years, fed and djoko may have been good but they bloomed later but Rafa was ferocious from the get go , running everywhere chasing every ball down fighting like it was his last match point , playing each point to the tilt never give up attitude there will be nobody like him again

Me: I prefer to watch Rafa play on clay every day in the week.
You can prefer the more physical and gruelling style of Nadal but Federer on grass is so aesthetic. Pure magic.

Only people who started to follow tennis in 10's decade, says tennis doesn't "count" before Nole started to win. Sorry for telling you something: Djokovic only won 1 Grand Slam during Nadal's prime (Roger's prime was by 2004, 2005, 2006 & 2007). Only when Roger and Rafa had problems with injuries, Nole started to win. Djoko NEVER beat a healthy PRIME Nadal or reached Federer's prime level. You can check this by watching Rafa vs Nole match at 2008 Olympics here on RUclips.
Djokovic's tennis was in this match EXACTLY at the same level than he had the following years when he ruled the rank.

Yes 2005 would win because of more speed and more hunger but it would be a battle.
For Nadal to maintain speed he should reduce trying to run around his back hand in attempts to use forehand. This increases reaction time. When he was younger he had the speed and could run around and use the forehand and still react fast. He actually has one of the most lethal backhand on the tour but sometimes does not utilize it as much as required. He has the for sure the most dangerous backhand slice on the contemporary tour. Watching some of the games you find a lot of players avoid his backhand because its more unpredictable and probably prefer to go for the forehand because its more predictable. The matches Rafa has won or dominated has been ones where both forehand and backhand are firing on all cylinders.

This channel has a tendency to promote Rafa's greatness only on clay... Most of the videos they publish about him are about "something on clay".
Friendly reminder Tennis TV producers, he is the only active player to have won 10+ Masters on both Masters surfaces, and the only active player to have won 20+ titles on both clay and hard courts. He also currently holds more titles in the American Hard Court summer season than the absolutely best hard court player to ever play the game.
As much as I appreciate your videos about Rafa, when the official broadcast channel of ATP constantly promotes the clay courter Rafa, the more this false image gets stuck on him, IMO. Feel free to disagree.
