Matt. 24:32 “Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh: 33 So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know THAT IT IS NEAR, EVEN AT THE DOORS. 34 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till ALL THESE THINGS BE FULFILLED.” This scripture lets us know that we are living IN THE SEASON or generation when the Fig Tree (Israel) and all the trees (other nations) have sprung forth, as nations. This season may be a generation of 70 years, and if by reason of strength 80 years or a little more. Psalms 90:10 “The days of our years are THREESCORE years and TEN (70); and if by reason of strength they be FOURSCORE years (80), yet is their strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away.” In May of 2022, 73 years have gone by, since Israel became a nation. We, who have received and believed in Jesus, will not go thru the 7 yr. Tribulation. Matt 24 and Matt 25 are Tribulation chapters. The parable of the FIG TREE (Israel), in context includes the 7 yr. Tribulation. So the FIG TREE (Israel) is the generation spoken of, in the context of the Tribulation taking place. The 73 years and the 7 years, take us to the 80th year.
