Only a few miles off the Pottersville Exit 26 of The Northway. The New York State boat launch on the south end of Schroon Lake is a constant hub of activity all day long in the Summer months. I've found it enjoyable just sitting up there and watching people launch and retrieve their boats. It's especially amusing watching new boat owners backing up their trailers. It takes some practice. No doubt about that.
@@TUCSONAL what a beautiful place. I visited from Ireland to my uncles holiday house on the route 15 side Adirondack rd, when I was 5 years old. I’m 47 now. Would love to go back. Sadly my uncle has passed away.

Just came across this. Nice job. I grew up looking at Brill Island everyday from my parent's property (on the south shore, in the corner by Rt 9.)
