Be proud of yourself for making it those 4 months. You didn't let anyone down, we are all supporting you here! Thankfully you can pick yourself up and start fresh the next morning which it sounds like you did. Quitting bad habits and break ups ussually go hand in hand. I never had a issue with booze but ive had my issues with other stuff and the only advice I can give you is to rig the 500 dollar give away so I can win something finally. No but seriously the fact that your trying to better yourself after identifying your not happy with how things are going is the most important step. Keep trying and set small attainable goals

These budget videos really got me wanting to start a collection of my own!
Loved this episode because while hitting the Zard in the last episode was sick, these singles are a great addition to the binder without spending a ton chasing hits. It is nice to have the balance of both. No worries about the apple juice. improvement is not a straight line but as long as you are trending up with good decisions as much as you can, you're doin well brother, keep it up.

Hey shiny vert, it’s alright to drink occasionally I understand you’re trying to hop off of it but don’t feel bad for occasional drinking one or two drinks isn’t that bad maybe instead of completely stopping you could only drink on occasions like parties, birthdays, holidays etc. don’t allow the mindset to let you drink whenever though, i’d say only drink if someone invites you out not the other way around don’t drink alone, that way maybe you can still enjoy alcohol and maintain a healthy life style
