So So Beautiful!!! As a Canadian Musician with my Music Shared Around The World I Have So Much Respect For The Rankin Family and Everything East Coast Music! Deepest Respect!
The Rankins got me through my divorce. I’d lay in bed at night with my Walkman headphones on belting out their tunes and crying. My daughter would come in and snuggle with me and we’d both listen, sing, talk and giggle! God bless them one and all and God rest them that’s gone to their rest! 🙏🏼
I first saw The Rankins at Convocation Hall in Sackville N.B., around 35 years ago. They were as good as good gets! We are so very fortunate to have been able to hear and see wonderful!! And that's what they were, simply WONDERFUl! I've seen Jimmy and Heather a few times since and they are in control. Just frigging great!!!!

I loved listening to your solo version of North Country, it has such a different tone than the original but I love it just as much...You and your families music has gotten me through some rough times...One thing I want to find out is why I can’t get North Country as an album digitally ANYWHERE, is there some reason for this? Hopefully someone here has an answer lol
