JIve Dance, American Spin, March 25, 2024

Once again Varvara and Eddy deliver a fun filled dance class with useful information to advance the Jive dance adventure. This class we learned the American Spin, a cool move with an active tension/release dynamic. The steady hand of the leader becomes a wall of power that the follower can apply equal power against to generate the dramatic yet seemingly effortless spin.
