Worked pretty well! Sewn by hand using faux fur for the inside, jeans for the soles and shorts for the topside. Did it in a bunch of different sessions, only problem was I assembled it wrong at first (wrong side when sewing the inside to the outside) and had to redo it on one of the slippers, but they're nice and comfy.

This is a great tutorial. I am a crochet person mainly for slippers but love how you made these just by making your own pattern. These can be made from remnant ends at the fabric store or a fabric stash.

Can someone specify the materials used? One I heard as fleece and what is the lining material? Is it available online?

Outside is fleece and inside is sherpa faux fur. You could easily find both online. You could also use different material if you can't find it in your area.
