Whistlin' through the forest | Steamrail Victoria - Ringwood Suburban Shuttles with K153 + Tait

- In this video, I chase and film Steamrail Victoria's Ringwood Steam and Electric shuttles.
The event consisted of Steamrail's K153 steam locomotive and the 4-carriage Tait set. The shuttles operated between Ringwood and Belgrave - 4 shuttles operated. The last Steamrail Victoria tour to Belgrave was the 2022 Ringwood Shuttles which consisted of K153 & K183 in a push-pull formation. This tour ended early because one of the "E" type carriages struck one of the overheard wire poles. This resulted in the carriage being damaged and the event ending with the two Ks returning to Newport Workshops back to back. Fortunately, Steamrail completed these (this year's) shuttles without striking anything.

Great video Jamie, it's great to see a steam train running on the belgrave line, it reminds me of when puffing billy used to run from upper ferntree gully to belgrave many years ago.

They have a very good video Jamie didn't get a chance to run into you because of the bad weather I did plan B when it's bad weather but some of your locations I would have done if the weather was good at very good video mate hopefully we might run into each other on Saturday
