I have to agree with you with some of this, the one thing that I have learned in my time on this earth is that, I am the only thing in life that I can truly control. People make time for what they want to make time for. I am no exception to that rule, and so I am very mindful in my words, my thoughts and my actions. Sometimes you have to sit down and tell yourself that no matter what the chaos of your life is that you’re gonna be happy and even if something bad happens, there is steel joy, peace, laughter, and yes, love that can be found in even tragedy. So I try it And every day to change my perspective. Keep it simple is the best method in the world. Your feelings don’t have to be complicated. The people, your friends, and even colleagues in your life don’t have to be complicated. It is us who make these things complicated. So each and every day I tell myself to get out of my own way. And more times than not I achieve exactly what I want to achieve. I don’t believe in sacrificing anything, because if something is in the way of my peace, that is time to move it. And that doesn’t matter whether it’s a event, a person or anything. You have to put your foot down and say no. So I want to just say thank you for this video, because yes each and everyone of us has those days we know we don’t care. No we don’t wanna try no, we just wanna stay in our little bubble of frustration and unhappiness. We have to turn that down in our heads and let it go. So thank you for this.
Personally, im over 60yo. But, I stillfind I have busy days and have to keep it moving. Yes My Dear we can benefit from all of your wisdom! Beautiful baby and family. Thank you for your time with us all. ❤

My 73 year old Grandmother be out here carpooling the kids and up at 2 in the morning playin cards so yep…their days still be busy😅
