Such good news for your father and watching him ring the bell was so special. (My son Dan passed due to cancer, forever 28).
Chicken bouillon powder, pepper, salt and some garlic powder will fix that right up next time. Seasonings make a world of difference.

Please don’t be hard on yourself you have a lot going on and a new baby and a major move and in the back of your mind worried about your dad and Luca’s kidney and other life things…it’s a lot and you are doing fine girl!!! So glad your mom is there to help you with the move and kids. Take one day at a time and just work on what you absolutely have to do before they get there then let the rest of the stuff slide to the side. More spices maybe and Yukon or yellow potatoes cook fast and come out so soft.
I would seasoning the chicken and cook it for a couple of minutes on the stove just to wake-up the seasoning and then put it in the slow cooker ☺️

Girl if you need some time off go head and take it everything sometimes can be very very overwhelming and you just need time to focus and do what you gotta do! I felt like that even when I was pregnant we had to worry about the gender reveal, baby shower and family members trying to help I appreciate everything they do but sometimes they are too much and I felt like a few months after I was very stress out and after I had my baby just same thing everyone wanted to come over buy the baby stuff which the room was already filled with things from the baby shower then after when we have a chance they will calling my husband for like family problems and I just feel like I don't get at least a little time when we have it so sometimes I want to explode lol but damn I'm hanging in there so all I can take one day at a time a breath...
