Ever since I found ur channel I’ve been binge watching all your videos. I’m starting my own online small business (press on nails) this month and your vlogs have definitely motivated me to get things done and I always play your videos when making products (you can make an hour video and I’ll watch it 😂). Thank you for posting such amazing content and showing insight into your business. I hope your business grows even more and you achieve all your goals 🫶🏽
Same here! Watching all of your videos is motivating and inspiring me on my small business journey that I just started last month 💕 Even though we have different niches, all of this information has been super helpful for me!
i love that you did the “oopsies” candles! i have a few that i messed up and plan on discounting them at my next pop-up because i don’t want them to go to waste lol
I finally checked out your website for the first time (which is beautiful and easy to navigate by the way, amazing job!) and I came across the wax melts tab just as you were mentioning it in the video why it probably didn't sell well. I personally thought that wax melts were like wax so that people can make their own candles? Until I looked it up xD I have purely some suggestions but you don't need to take it! I think on your website for the wax melts tab, you should put a little description on what they are, how it's used and a picture to demonstrate. Maybe if you also sold a simple wax burner (or if it's possible to create with your pottery skills, maybe? with an embossed "from, kayla" on it?) and tealights, you can possibly increase sales as a package or just having it available on your site. But also for your markets as well! If you set up a little demo of the wax melts on your stall (hopefully it's still safe to light the tealight because it's covered from the wind), then people have the idea of the product instantly which could bring more interest. The featured scent could also attract people to your stall as well, especially indoors, which would be an advantage.
Thanks for taking that time! I’ve been bringing my wax melter to markets lately and it’s definitely helped. I think I will make a tab on how to use them on my website soon. Thank you! ☺️
Glad I found your channel, I’m in Edmonton myself and trying to scale my small business in the upcoming year. Nice to have a fellow Canadian gaining small business success! Do you have any market recommendations for Calgary and area that would be worth the drive? Thanks! :)
Thank you! I’m originally from Edmonton 😊 Tbh, the markets are all hit or miss for me. Sometimes even the same market has a different result depending on time of year. I know some people drive from Edmonton to go to the Cuties market but it depends on what your business sells! Best of luck in the upcoming year 😊
@ thank you for taking the time to reply! That makes sense that markets could be different every time. I’m new to your channel, so I apologize if this has already been answered, but do you have any tips on starting up social media for your business when you’re really nervous to show your face? lol I feel like the fear of putting myself out there is holding me back (among other business things). I’m gunna make my way through your catalogue of videos so maybe I’ll find my answer!

I have no business but I love watching your videos. Lol. I’m learning so much just for general info. Hahaha
Haha thanks for watching! Maybe it’s for future use 🤣
I love watching your videos! I finally started my own RUclips channel after selling my products at markets for the past year.
Thank you! Glad you finally started your channel! :D

I've been addicted to your videos 😭😭😭.
🥺💖
I'm always making efforts to comment on your videos bc you deserve it! You deserve to get more selling, deserve love and all good things ❤❤ Love you 🤗
You're the best :)
Have you thought of selling small wax melting pots to go with your products? It might help with the sale.
I have, but the cost is super high since it would be manufactured. Right now, I don’t think I could have $$$$ of stock just sitting there until sold 😓
Congratulations on your sales 🎉
Thank you so much 😀
❤ from india northeast nagaland, Yeah, nice jop i ❤ it❤🎉

that sucks that the peg board fell, maybe paint them?
Yeah I was so sad when it fell! 😭
Do you use an app for the receipts? How do they work?
It’s just my pos system! Most people use square :)
Hi how are you doing today ❤😊
Hiiii cutie, at the end of this video you gotta add your subscribe button and videos end screen, for the binge watchers like me 🎉❤ 💕✨🥳
😂💖
So you made $2000 at that market?
