This reminded me of my Mom’s scrambled eggs with mushrooms and green onions. She would also scramble brains and eggs. I cannot remember if they were beef or pork. But they were delicious.

I really need to learn more about what is and isn’t edible when it comes to mushrooms. I have seen enormous amounts in f different mushrooms while out bear hunting this September. More than I ever had in the past. I thought to myself “ Where is Mcgie when I need him?!?!?” 😂😂😂😂

I've heard Paul Stamets and a few other mycologists say ANY edible mushroom should always be cooked and never eaten Raw

Stamets was making the point about it is the Cooking of the mushroom which makes the nutrients within more bioavailable or easily-absorbed............ rather than as an advisory that eating them raw is dangerous
