Notice how many times this guy says "kind of..." while explaining a drill and then ask yourself how confident you are in his coaching.

The Cleveland Cavaliers were confident enough to hire him as their director of player development 😂

Spot on. Coaches are falling in love with the games approach but can't really measure the results. Alex is a terrible coach. He had a terrible record with College Basket, he was an "adviser" for the Paris Basketball Coach that got fired a couple years ago, with a terrible record. This guy has zero results. TonyMiller I appreciate your videos but this guy is terrible. As for how he landed the Cavaliers job, clearly they didn't do their homework and wouldn't be the first time. Saying he has a NBA job doesn't mean he is good.

@@MikeWeir-w1i Just wondering what you're meaning by "can't measure the results."

@@MikeWeir-w1i It would probably be better to know the difference between CLA and game-based approach when making such inappropriate statements. And if you really believe that only winning makes a good coach, you should probably also invest time in understanding what long-term player development means. It`s not a sprint, it`s a marathon.
