    Just subscribed again. RUclips auto unsubscribed me. Great information. It’s always the little things that waste so much time trying to figure out. Showing the lock ring on the bottom is a great hack. Thanks

    Good and useful information. As a matter of interest, I've used Lee dies on my Dillon 550 B , for well onto 40 years. As well as Lyman, Hornady and RCBS dies. Sometimes mixed with Dillon dies, too. No problems, whatsoever. Thanks for sharing your views.

      Thanks, Cal. I rarely use a single-manufacturer’s full set of dies on any of my presses, opting instead for the optimum mix for the round I’m loading. This was a specific, purpose-driven activity. Good to hear of your experience. I’m sure the new and prospective users will find this encouraging. 🤛🏻🔫🇺🇸

    Well said Walter...... I don't know why some people would think that different brands would not work with others..... they all the same but different name....yes there's some stuff don't interchange with some but there's a lot more that does.... Great video......

    The Reloader Dude bought a 550 BL and set up with Lee Gear. He had to put each primer into the primer cup by hand. He did the just before the Lee Pro4000 came out.

    • @viejo2a
      @viejo2a 8 месяцев назад +1

      I vaguely remember that one now that you mention it. I should have gone back and reviewed it. The BL has no on-board automatic primer delivery system as the “C” version does. Thanks for that comment..some folks may want to go over to his channel to watch that one. 🤛🏻🔫🇺🇸

    I really like that light setup, can you tell me about it ? Great idea to have lights under the press. Thank you for the good info.

    • @viejo2a
      @viejo2a 8 месяцев назад +2

      Hi..thanks for stopping by. There are several lighting sources here. The LED strips under the tool head are the “UFO” kit from KMS Squared. The center light that fits through the hole in the center of the tool head is from InLine fabrication. KMS squared sells a splitter cable that allows both units to be operated by the same power supply and switch. Then I also have a magnetic sewing machine light that sports an LED lamp on a flexible stem that can attach anywhere. They can be found at Amazon. 🤛🏻🔫🇺🇸
