      This video has already bought this fragrance for you, what's the problem? That's why you bragged about express shipping too. Stop crying about biting the bullet on buying material for your job that supports you, especially when it's ultimately free at the end of the day. $180 to make whatever this video brings in. Hmm, what a dilemma. I bet it's a tax right off too. Just review the fragrance and move on.

    Short version: Try before you buy. Nice, but weak projection, long lasting though. And $180 for 2oz? Not me. But you do you -- maybe it performs better on you.
    Long boring version:
    I went to Macy's on Tuesday and hit 5 sprays of this. I love every Y prior to EDP Intense, and kinda like that one even. None of the Y sweetness I love in the opening. Did not push off my skin at all. Mall walked for a half hour to get it going. My wife could smell it when she hugged me, but even a foot away, nothing. Sitting in the car next to me an hour later, she said she could smell the mall hand soap on me but not the Y. If you catch a whiff of it, it does smell nice, like a "green" Y flanker in the drydown. And though it stayed close, it DID last for 10 plus hours if I put my arm to my nose. To compare my normal sprays for just enough: Sauvage Elixir 2, Le Male Elixir 3, Gucci Guilty Elixir 4, Boss Bottled Elixir 4. $180 for 2 oz. of Y L''Elixir when 5 sprays gave me nothing? No way. Cash grab.

    I went and got my nose on it. I also put on 9 sprays and 30 minutes I had to stick my nose on my skin to smell it. The opening is nice and it’s nice but not worth it. Atleast at this price.

    I happened to sample Y L'Elixir at the mall today on a strip and what the hell is this, on paper the smell is very much like chlorine with a soapy aspect. I don't like it at all this hurts the nose could it be the Oud?
    I have the strip with me after two hours it is still that strong awakward pure chlorine smell with some kind of neutral soap
    I didn't bother to rape my skin with that😂 but I can suggest Moncler Pour Homme Sunrise, its kinds like a creamy Sauvage EdP with something fruity and spicy some say Aventus-ish.

    I wanted this to be Deeper, Darker & Stronger given its base of Oud & Incense than all the other flankers without completely losing its Y-DNA.
    I was hoping it would compare to the rest of the Y-line in the same manner that Dior Sauvage Elixir compared to its own line.
    Disappointing.

  • @doso4486
    @doso4486 9 месяцев назад

    I've tried this and have said it in another reviewer. This new version is not deserving of the name "Elixir". When folks think of elixir they think of something that is very strong. Like you will choke the people in the room if you sprayed it 5 times like Sauvage Elixir does. This behaves the way that Bleu De Chanel does with it's Parfum version. For the first 10 or so minutes it projects, then it sits close to the skin. The Y Parfum version projects more than this. I'm not saying it's bad frag but the parfum version to me is better still. Seems like to me the way YSL names their stuff you have to think of it like it's 1 concentration lower. So a true elixir would probably have to be called elixir intense.
