  • Perogies bring back memories of ancestral meals, foods formed by hand, and things that different cultures stuff. Italians stuff ravioli, Asians make dumplings, and eastern Europeans make pirogies/pierogies/pelmeni. My favorite filling is with mashed potatoes and vegan cheez, or mushrooms or sauerkraut.
    In my recipe 4 pieces - 9points. If you use cashew sour cream then add that in as well. Sometime I prefer to eat perogies with salsa or chili sauce.

    I am using the Hunky Bill Perogy Maker hunkybills.com - it comes in a set of 2 - I prefer using the smaller molds.
