This was an awesome "how to"! Not to mention, truly see how much work and time goes into each video. And crazy that 1.5 hours of raw footage turns into a 15 minute video.
haha i know, its always pretty crazy when i see how much raw footage i get vs what the final product is. of course it varies from video to video, but especially vlogs, i take WAY more raw footage than i actually use. glad you enjoyed even as a non-youtuber!
This was great, thank you for sharing! Would definitely love a canva walk through 🤗
Love the variety of graphics
thanks! 😊
I've been waiting for this! Super helpful! I love seeing your process as your videos are definitely ✨aesthetic✨
Thank you!! Hope you find it useful! 🥰💕
@@jessssalemme for sure! I didn't think about saving templates in canva. I use canva pro as well, so that was really useful!
good! Glad you found that tip useful!☺️
Loved this video! Will be using these tips in my upcoming vlogs!!
Yay! So glad to hear that! ❤
Love this breakdown! Making a video is almost like a foreign language to me so its great to see a simplified and easy-to-understand explanation of the process.
Thank you 🥰
Thanks for sharing. I'm a bit overwhelmed combining graphics and then trying to make it stay on track.
Do you use canva? I do feel like that helps me with my graphics a lot. For staying on track I recommend taking a break from editing, come back and rewatch to see if it sounds like it's on track vs scattered! Hope that helps
@@jessssalemme I'm a graphic designer with over 20 years of experience and have been part of a slowdown in this economy. I'm thinking of using this platform. I have a lot of knowledge using Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. I've had to use Adobe Premiere a few times for work. I have a lot of interests, like interior design, gardening, cooking, outdoors, etc. I'm not sure what my actual content will be and I'm heavy into the research. I may just throw gum at the wall and see what sticks. I love how your video about making money was so popular. It came up in my suggestions and that's how I found you. I like seeing people use pro-level software. But I can see why Canva is popular due to copyright issues and fonts. That makes sense.
This was super valuable, thank you for sharing!
Awesome! So glad you found it useful!
You should make a thumbnail tutorial!
good idea! Maybe i will incorporate that into a greater RUclips Tips video, I'm not sure if I can fill a full 10 minute video with this but I will definitely consider adding this to my schedule!
💓
Thank you for the tips!! I don’t have Final Cut Pro but I will eventually! How did you learn all the tips and tricks? Are there certain videos you watched?
I started on iMovie and migrated to Final Cut once i got monetized, so I think that's totally fine! I just would search on youtube for a tutorial for the specific thing I wanted to learn as I would think of them! And I watch other peoples' videos to get some insipration on graphics, transitions etc. Hope that helps!
this is so helpful because I use iMovie for my vlogs and great video
So glad! Thanks for watching!
Thank you so much!
I always wanted to know how to put yourself in the circle 😂
Took me lots of researching to figure it out, but I’m glad i did! lol glad to help!
Okay this is an amazing video. Why doesn’t it have more views??? ❤❤❤
Thank you 🥹 not sure why people aren’t seeing my videos sadly 🫤
@@jessssalemme I feel like this is happening on multiple platforms. The people I tend to watch the most are not appearing in my feeds and I have to seek them out only to find that I’m multiple videos behind.
That is a bummer to hear. Not sure what I can do about it!
@@jessssalemme I don’t either. I’ve seen other creators mention feeling like their videos are suppressed. I used to not comment much on videos because I don’t always feel I have something to add, but I have been at least leaving a comment or even emojis to try and help with engagement.
Hi Jess 🙂
Hang on, I thought you were perfect and nothing went wrong, while you are filming- no silences, no 'umms', no 'ers'. Now I know the truth 😉.
I had no idea how much work is involved in making videos at the standard that you make them. Very interesting.
Glad you found it interesting!🙂
Good luck 🤞 you are most beautiful
