  • I got this to replace a standard multifunction shower head. I can say that it is a very nice shower head replacement and works very well. My favorite part of it is the waterfall feature, it's a lot better than a garden hose, ha. This is a quality product, has a nice finish (plastic) that won't tarnish or fade. Here is the website to learn more about the Oxygenics Curve.

Just buy a regular shower head got $5.99 and take out the flow restriction cap. It will feel like you’re taking a shower under a waterfall.

That is what I ended up doing. Putting a cheap and simple showerhead on. You don't always get what you pay for.

    Seems very novelty

It does the job but only give you three functions. A high class wannabe with a low class price.

The music in the video is distracting and makes it difficult to hear you talking.

Thank you for letting me know. I will put the music in better places in the future.

You might have to use two pliers to get it loose. Channel locks, vise grips or adjustable wrench might work. Warning you are going to scratch up the pipe that comes from the wall. Put one wrench/plier on the shower pipe and the other on the connecting shower head nut. Keep pipe from turning and turn the shower nut counter clockwise. That is the best advise I can give you.

Is there a flow restrictor in this model, and can it be removed? I'm a bit frustrated with the water output after just a few months of owning this showerhead.

Yes, this does have a flow restrictor built in. I wish I could tell you where to remove it but it is internal and cant be removed. I replaced mine with a 10in Water Pic from Wal-Mart for $15. This gives me the power I want and more options for the spray pattern.

How many settings did the curve have?
What was the water pressure like because it didn't look very high.

The Curve has three settings, Rain, Water Fall and Mist. My house water pressure is around 50 psi but the Curve has a non removal water regulator. I have not had any major problems with the shower head and have enjoyed it for over a year. If you are looking for a shower that you can feel power on this is not that one. The idea of the design is to give you a good shower without using a ton of water. If you have any other questions I am more than happy to answer. Thank you.
