Was looking through steam and found this game and your gameplay convinced me to get it. I wanted to play stellaris but it was very overwhelming but this looks more manageable
I was excited but to be totally honest the game doesnt even look like an upgrade to original - its's like they have waited 10 years and re-released original game.
Well. Even if you consider this as a 're-release', it can be viewed as a remake or rework to work on modern computer with new quality of life updates. I'm excited for the 4th faction and campaign. I'm just bummed that the campaign is a DLC that is not available on the launch.
@@sittingdingo1 Yea. I was disappointed with that one. But the game is actually still plenty of fun with the some of the current maps. And with 6 different factions (3 factions, each with 2 variations) to paly with right now. Plenty of content still. Though yea. I would really love to get more lore and story for the factions though. The intro cutscene is just so good.
Skimmed over it quite a bit 'cause you play so slowly. I'm not sure if you ever figured it out, but the markets are controlled by the minor factions. If you can't trade a specific thing, that's because you haven't met that minor faction (or they've been eliminated, but the AI doesn't seem to do that). When you mouseover the minor faction sin their window it tell you which , if any, markets they have available.
Yea. It was my second time playing. First Map was a small map after the tutorial session in the previous video. So yea. A lot of learning of course. I eventually figured out the market thing.

They're saving campaign for DLC. If you get the premium edition it includes season pass for all the DLCs.

@@RonEmpire You did pretty good for that amount of play time. Once you get the hang of it you could probably up the difficulty, even. =^.^=
