For the second section when you scan each door you will see an entity and a door colour, once you pressed one of the buttons following the blue lines one of the doors will open, just to the left of the room you will be able to scan a container you need to find which container has the entity and colour that matches the door. For speedrun purposes I didn't check which one it was I just guessd from the first one and hoped I was correct.
