Well, gochujang (the red paste at 2:58) forms the basis of many Korean food. It's a chill paste made from red chill, rice, soy etc. and fermented for about 5 years. Tastes like chill paste with umami. The white rice cakes, or Tteokbokki, are made of glutenous rice flour. They are dense, chewy, and don't have much taste on their own. And the fish cakes (those sheets at 4:20), well, they taste like fish. I have only watched the first one so far lol. Basically it's a spicy, fishy soup with chewy cakes that soaks up the flavor.

Well I can see the gloves not on and that lady is handling all sorts of food there as the long black pud went in then the pancakes went on and then touched the long white things all with no gloves I hope they no that contamination can lead to bad belly aches or worse 🤔
