As a kid I loved playing with the Mobile Suitn In Action figures, and I've been looking for Gundam toys for a long time so my son can enjoy them like I did. Some how I'm just barely discovering these despite searching "gundam action figures" for a long time now. At $25.00 these are definitely something I would be willing to get my son! Thanks for reviewing!
I remember Bandai released some vinyl figures back in the late 90's and early 2K's. I haven't been able to find any of them anywhere, but I would love to be able to complete my collection. These will definitely do!
When it comes to ones that might do with some panel lines, I find that the sculpt does a lot to make up for it when they're in more natural lighting. I have my own RX-78 next to me right now, lit slightly from behind by two table lamps, in just a casual standing pose with the rifle windshield, and it looks absolutely gorgeous. The way it catches the light and casts shadows on itself is just perfect.
@@ToyBro I hope they make a cross bone also you should check out the universal unite model kits, there smaller like 3 or 4 inches tall but they are really good and all of them aren't over reliant on stickers like the most I've seen on one is like 5 but I got 1 today and it's my 3rd favorite gundam figure
I was wondering with figures like the rx 78-2 that from the show had multiple weapons like the bazooka, mace, and with the chars zaku 2 coming out with the same multiple weapons do you think they might make weapon expansion packs? I think it could interesting. Even for figures like sandrock and heavy arms the figures might come out with their first airing armaments then the packs could come with the upgraded thrusters, minigun and twin barrels for heavy arms. Just an idea I had. I really hope this line takes off!
Bought the Unicorn and GU-01. If they still have the Wing Gundam next time I go to Target I'll get it. Great quality at $25. You can peg the beam into the barrel of the beam cannon too.
Quite disappointed. Everyone can do a snapbuild of a gunpla kit and this figure has also gimped articulations compared to a gunpla and costs a bit more. With a price in line with a modern Transformers Voyager class i expected a lot more from this first figure of Gundam Universe.
I bought the whole wave, and I'm quite happy with the figures quality.

There's nothing like an original mobile suit. Thanks again for your review, longtime MS Gundam fan
Looking forward to seeing the Unicorn Gundam.

Can't wait for that Sandrock and Deathsycthe
Ditto
Sandrock is my all time favorite Gundam, definitely the figure I'm looking forward to the most.

I wish it included the bazooka. Including the blast effects.
Honestly I kind of wish this one also included the Gundam hammer
are you ever worried about the v-fin breaking?
That was a worry I have for my Robot Damashi Gundam, which was a good figure, but not fun to play with.

which do you think is better Gundam Universe or Gundam Robot Spirits?
Does anyone panel line their figures?
Am I going mad or does this thing not have a waist spin
Hey bro, how much is the height in cm ?
Wait SINCE THE LATE 80’s?! Yeah you look pretty young to say you’ve been involved since the 80’s😂
First?

These are way better than modern crap Transformers from Hasblow. Enjoy your cheap hollow plastic. I scoff at them when I see them.
@@hulksmash8159 I scoff at uninformed opinions with stupid slang. Try again kid.
